Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

I needed a new garbage disposal installed, and Ben Aguilar came out in a very short time and did a great job quickly installing the new one. Last year these guys came out and redid my plumbing drain lines and installed a new bathtub/shower. So I did not hesitate to call them again. Ben was really a great guy and did a great job. We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

I called Anthony’s plumbing in on the Fourth of July and a technician answered the call promptly. We needed a new toilet soon, and he patiently discussed all the options and prices. They came the very next day and installed the toilet efficiently. The only complaint I had was they did not put silicone caulk around the base of the toilet which is really necessary but just a five minute job. I still think they deserve a five star rating! The price was competitive and fair.

Ernie and David replaced old cast iron pipes with new pipes. It was quite the job digging beneath my house. They were both courteous and professional. Ernie told me he was my “hero” and it turned out he was! The pipes are replaced and Hero Home is a company that will now be my go to for future plumbing needs. What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. What an experience, my house was flooded on a Tuesday night. My knowledge was so minimum with my system, after trying to figure it out through the night I figured that my septic was full ?.

I called Ajax the next day and within a couple of hours Sean was able to help me. Now I know that my system has to be checked every other year. ?

We used Belsito when we sold our house last month for the septic pump/inspection. They were able to schedule us quickly, which was great because we had a two week closing. Unfortunately, they found an issue which they needed to repair. They were again able to schedule us in a timely manner. The guys they sent out - Robby, Dakota, and John - were great guys to work with in what was a stressful situation. They identified and explained the issues and were able to figure out and make the necessary repairs. Really nice guys who really care about the customer and doing a good job. Also, despite the mess of digging a giant hole in our front yard and all the equipment and associated materials, they left it immaculate. I would recommend them!

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
