Bryan was highly professional, very nice and made for a great experience in a potentially stressful situation. Bryan was able to educate me and the client about what we were really looking at, and the buyers were able to make an informed decision moving forward. I highly recommend Julian and the team at 1C3:9! I would give them 10 stars if I could :) Our HOA requested a revised drawing four different times before approving the project and Julian not only sent the revisions right away but he never gave me pushback and was very patient with our HOA. They started the work on the day they said and completed the project when they said they would. When the project was completed, Julian made sure I was satisfied with the finished project.

They cleaned up their work areas. They will always be there 100% if we need to move again. We are extremely happy with the result.

The Father and Son team have helped us on multiple projects and we haven't had a single issue in all this time. They are clean, punctual and, fairly priced . To be honest as I'm writing this review there's another project in the works with these guys

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
