He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing.

Very professional. Unlike past plumbers they are actually courteous of your house and their surrondings. Which is huge with us when having people over. Robert (our tech) was also very professional an knowledgeable. Took time to explain further upkeep an maintenance I should do to keep my new installs running properly for longer. They were very professional, caring, understanding, and honest. They set me up with everything I needed and did not try to sell me on unnecessary stuff just to make extra bussiness like some companies do. I felt very respected and David our contractor made sure he explained all my options and help me select the perfect water heater and package I needed for my house size. He also made sure I got my veteran discount. From the dispatch person who notified me before sending the contractors, to the other office lady who checked in with me and made sure I was happy with my service, to the 2 contractors that completed the installation of my water heater, I felt very satisfied with their customer service. Best septic company around. Originally had our septic inspection scheduled with another company who didn’t call to have the yard marked and burst a water line then left before calling me. My agent found priority who had a cancellation in my area only two days later and that first failed company was a blessing because without the leak I would have never gotten to interact with Dustin and the whole team from Priority. Not only was Dustin on time and professional. He took the time to properly locate my tank (which had the other guys done they wouldn’t have sprung a leak!) and dig out the lid which of course since my home was built in the 60’s was corroded. I thought for sure upon hearing this news we would have to reschedule to allow more time to open the tank but no! Dustin was able to open the tank and walked me through all the possibilities and what repairs were going to be needed even if we passed. While he was preforming the flow test he allowed my 4 year old son to check out his “excavator” as he is super into construction vehicles.
Even though my tank failed I feel like we won because we found a great company to help us figure out the path forward staffed by amazing, knowledgeable, personable people from Lauren who called me to schedule the appointment to Dustin who explained everything along the way including laying out our options to decide on doing more investigative work and a potential repair or connecting to the sewer. I’m glad that either way we can use this company again. I’d give you all a 15 if I could.

BEWARE: Bought a house believing they had properly inspected and certified septic. Determined they never performed the complete service before I purchased house despite them billing the seller and providing the required transfer certification. They initially blamed it on a former employee they had fired and said they would make it right, but they have since refused to provide a letter accepting liability. Complaint being filed with ADEQ.

There's nothing like a plumbing mishap to send one into a state of panic! Things get chaotic when your only bathroom is out of order! Fortunately for me- the service guy arrived & quickly put my mind at ease. He was patient, answering all my questions & worked diligently, determined to find and fix the root cause.
