Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. Macho Contracting & Alfredo truly helped us out this past month. They were very responsive and professional. We needed a septic tank inspection with paperwork and then a repair of the system. He was honest and very detailed in what was needed. When they arrived at the property, the employees were respectful and courteous to the home owners. I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

I made a mistake to do business with this company. Their contract is unconscionable- they make you agree they will take no responsibility for damage they cause to your property. They came to my property for a routine septic inspection, cut my sprinkler lines and WALKED AWAY leaving an open trench and running water through lines they cut. They refuse to pay for any repairs, complained about having to pump solids from the tank (their job), wrote a nasty inspection report for a functional system (their conclusion) that lost our escrow and then charged us more than $3,000 for the privilege of this experience. A nightmare to do business with them.

We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
