Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!

This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. As the maintenance person for a machine shop, we were having a hard time finding a company to clean and service some smog hog air filtration units. I was also in need of Nordfab ducting over two pieces of equipment. Not only could Ducts, Inc. provide the special ducting, they tackled the servicing of the Smog Hogs without hesitation. Work was done efficiently and without much disturbance to our machinists in the area. The duct work looks excellent and was installed with professionalism. My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
