Best Water Treatment ? in Phoenix AZ

Patrick has been amazing to work with. He showed up same day on a Sunday and did an amazing job. Not only was the service done well but he showed me so much compassion in a very sensitive time and I can’t thank him enough.

Cody was right on time. He made great suggestions and wasn't pushy. When he was finished he let us know what other services he offered and that we could ask for him next time. Best of all he did exactly what I asked him to do. He was in and out in no time and my carpet looked fabulous. Cody with Chem-Dry is now my go to carpet cleaning guy.

Did not use clean out valves for backwashing after asked. Took several attempts to ask without pictures to show proof. Clogged AC water pipe with all the dirt from backwashing that backed up in house.not very responsive to request.

They were quick to come out and did a great job of changing my filters & cleaning my pool. However, my pool suddenly turned green and they wouldn’t respond to my texts! I even asked how much would they charge to come out and NOTHING!

I have been with Poolman for several years but the cost of the service has tripled, they spend <5 min on my pool and do not even empty the skimmer basket that is overflowing with tree debris. I know they don't turn on the pool (as they claim to do) b/c they document a PSI that my pool has never been at. I have left 4 messages on the company voicemail for the last 4 days to return my call, but I have yet to receive a call back.
