Moved recently from Tucson to Chandler, AZ. Needed an old AC unit to be replaced ahead of the summer season. Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by the AC company that upgraded my system in Tucson. They were right on target!!!! The experience with Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling was top notch from provision of a thorough estimate that included multiple options on available systems, the scheduling of the job, professional installation of my new system, clean up, and then explanation of the inner workings of the new Wi-Fi enabled controller. He not only explained everything in detail but had several cell phone photos to back up his concerns about my unit. He was friendly, safe and knowledgeable. Benefit Air sees their customers as family, and I felt that. That’s a big deal for me. They will be installing my new unit next week and I am confident they will do a great job!

I am very pleased with Howard Air. We had our HVAC system replaced with a new Trane gas furnace and AC. Several things were installed incorrectly with the old system, including ductwork, drainage system and drain pan, outdated electrical box. These were all corrected with custom fitted ductwork, new drain lines and a larger custom made drain pan, new electrical box and conduit for the AC outside. Kyle and Terrence came and worked patiently in the rain all day. They were very careful not to track any dirt through the house and put canvas tarps over all my new carpet.They worked steadily all day and were polite and pleasant.At the end of the day they cleaned everything up and vacuumed the floors. They removed all the old system and new packaging materials.Scott did a great job helping us select a system and informing us of all the features.They communicated well and came on time and did what they promised to do. Great company!

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
