I called Desert Diamond after seeing their great reviews. One of our AC units quit working and they were able to send a Technician within two days. Dontre arrived exactly on time, he was extremely courteous, very professional and great to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away. I would highly recommend Desert Diamond and won't hesitate to use them in the future. Our AC units will need to be replaced soon and my first call will be to them. --Dave

Taps has worked on my HVAC system several times. My home was built in 2015 and the warranty on my HVAC system expired in 2017. Had a maintenance contract with another company. What a nightmare! After 3 weeks of trouble after trouble called Howard Air. They came out and had our ac running tip top in a couple of hours having to pickup where someone else had failed miserably. Real professionals from the office to the field tech's. Highly recommend them.

Jimmy and his crew at Arcadia Air took on a mess that two other companies could not get right. It is never easy to come in and fix someone else's mistakes but Arcadia did and they did it perfectly! Professional from the start. Hard working guys that actually care about the customer and do the job right. Very knowledgeable in the AC department. We are so thankful for everyone at Arcadia Air for taking our situation on and executing it perfectly! We will recommend them to everyone we know!

I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company. I scheduled an appointment for AC issues. My appointment was initially set for Wed between 1 and 5PM. No one ever showed and I did not receive any calls from the company. After calling them myself to check the status, I was told that due to delays, they would be out the following day between 1 and 5PM. At 8:30PM, a technician had still not been to my residence and I had received no updates from the company. I was finally able to get a technician on the phone who indicated he would personally be at my residence between 9:30 and 10Am the following morning. Well, they never showed and again no updates from the company. Even though it is during business hours, no one will answer their phone and the message says they are closed. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.

Technician arrived within the design time frame, always very professional and friendly. Gave me a quote for duct cleaning and other suggested maintenance. Very happy with the quality of service I received!!

Got a new train A/C unit installed. I had 2 companies come out and B3 got the job done at a better price and with a higher quality unit. They also had it done the next day and the other company was a few days out. Nice experience working with Keith over there.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
