I was so impressed with Desert Diamond! Their technician Isaac was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They performed their tuneup maintenance quickly and efficiently. Isaac took the extra time to answer my specific questions about our cooling and heating system and I feel much more informed about any next steps I need to take. And those next steps will absolutely be with Desert Diamond!

Benefit Air is my go-to AC crew. Our 25+ year old unit died during monsoon season and they were quick to come out, provide a quote, give their expert opinion AND provide us with a brand new unit in under a week during their peak season.

Of course, the salesman was nice (duh, you won't sell many units if you're mean). But, the true test of the company is their installation/repair crew. Each technician I have met has been extremely knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions), friendly, and seems to genuinely care about what they're doing.

I highly recommend and will continue working with Benefit for my AC needs!

We found our AC had stopped working after hours and you responded very quickly, triaged the problem and repaired the unit by replacing the fan motor. The system works wonderfully. We are VERY please with customer service and the timely response. I will recommend your business to others.

Arcadia Air came out to service my mini split ac. . I thought the fan was not working. The technician reported thamy unit was fine. He diid not charge me fee. I would recommend them .

B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

From their tune up tech, to install tech, to the owner, they were always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, on-time with competitive pricing. No hard sells, no up sells they provide they facts of your equipment and let you decide, without pressure. I had two old Trane units in my home and needed to modernize, I went with Trane again because I believed in ACA doing an A+ install and I wasnt disappointed. In fact they exceeded my expectations and completed the install of the two Trane units without any disruption to our lives. I absolutely love the efficiency, low sound levels and low energy usage. I honestly couldn't be any more pleased.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
