He was very professional and helpful. He knew his products and explained them in terms we could understand instead of trying to make us feel stupid. I would recommend Desert Diamond to anyone who has an AC problem.

I’m the VP of Operations in a commercial property management company. We deal with all types of vendors, professionals and City agencies in our industry.

The recent service at my residence with Scottsdale Air was excellent. The technician (Scott) took his time. He explained everything each step of the process which allowed me to feel comfortable with their service.

He made sure everything was up, running and clean at completion of service. If you could ever imagine service being responsible, reliable and responsive you will certainly find it with this company.

I am delighted with the installation and maintenance of my new A/C system. The technicians inspire confidence and are personable, efficient and prompt. The salesman Paul Howard made the whole process very smooth. I will happily refer this company to others.

My husband and I have been living with an air conditioner that sounded like a plane taking off and landing whenever it would turn on and off and the sound while it was running was less than quiet. We called THREE reputable HVAC repair companies and they all said there was nothing wrong with the unit. Comfort One (Taps, the owner) was able to make it out the same day we called (the day we had enough and wanted to be in peace). He walked straight in, said what he thought it was, and fixed it all in one day. Professional, trustworthy, excellent service, and we are grateful to live in peace again. We have already been referring them and will continue to do so. Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars I would.Here is my full experience:
I had my capacitor replaced the end of July by Autumn Air and then my AC went out again in the middle of September. I decided to have Autumn Air come back out since they were the last to work on my AC. Big Mistake! They said they would be at my house within an hour. Two hours later I called to find out when they were coming. The guy showed up a little over 2 hours after I placed the call. He then proceeded to test the AC and was outside for maybe 2 minutes and came in and told me that the compressor needed to be replaced and/or would need a new unit. The cost of $4K for the compressor or $8,500 for a new unit. He tried to inform me how to get financed barely even knew any information to help me. He then left and said sorry. I panicked and desperately tried to figure out how I could pay for a new compressor.
After an emotional day I then reached out to a friend that works for Howard Air and asked for a second opinion. They showed up at my house in less than 30 minutes tested the unit for about 20 minutes and then proceeded to tell me the compressor was fine, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I simply had to replaced the air capacitor, only $280. I was in tears with happiness and frustration. Autumn Air did not fully inspect the unit and only wanted to pocket some money from me and not even do their job correctly. Chase went above and beyond taking care of the unit and providing me with tips as well as to what to keep an eye out on to make sure the unit was working properly.
Huge thank you to Howard Air, Kiana and Chase, for being so wonderful and really take the time to help your customers and not just look for the money you will pocket!!!

Denis was our technician today and man, this guy was just awesome! He was so polite and went above and beyond. This is the second year we’ve used Howard Air’s bi-yearly maintenance program. We’ve not had any issues their service!

We had 2 AC units replaced and from the first phone call the process was handled with professionalism. Troy was very responsive even calling me while out of the country. It was a complicated project requiring several days and these guys did a great job! Highly recommended!

I just had them come out on Thursday March17th 2022 and was very disappointed. Had my air ducts clean and they did a horrible job. They rush through the job because apparently one of them had other personal things to do. So I know they rush cleaning them. My house still has the same odor it had when they came out. You would have thought they would have found the problem. I asked for before and after pictures never saw any. My house does not smell fresh like they said it would. I spent most of the evening cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming my kids room because they didn’t cover up anything so everything got dusty and there was powder from the air vents. My bathrooms were all dusty and the floor was full of whatever they pulled out of the vents. The only room I told them I would sweep to help them out was the kitchen. But they were responsible for cleaning up there mess in every room. They got dust from the vents all over my sons tv, his systems, headphones it was horrible. But again one of them had personal things to take care of. So I’m assuming that’s why this job was done poorly. I was also confused to why they didn’t use a ladder to fog the vents how is it suppose to go through the entire house, if you don’t hold it up close enough to the vents. I am very disappointed. And I have yet to be asked how things went. A text to give a review is not professional. Speak to your customers. Don’t you believe in customer satisfaction.

The Technician showed up quickly, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had him service our walk-in and they saved us from losing all of our food.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
