SG Mechanical has been a lifesaver for our business. Our plaza is older and the units are not in very good working order. When we leased the property, we were told to use the landlords hvac service. What a mistake that was!! After being repeatedly overcharged for problems that were not being resolved, we contacted SG Mechanical. Not only were they able to properly diagnose and repair the problems we were having - they cost way less than our landlords company, and they fixed it correctly the first time without requiring multiple visits. We liked Andy and his team so much, that we hired them to repair and install new duct-work in our new suites, and set up yearly maintenance contracts on all of our units. Everyone on their staff is so friendly and helpful! They are prompt, courteous, and extremely fair on price. Andy and his technicians make thorough inspections and discuss the problems with you before they do the work - allowing you time for a second opinion if needed (trust me, you won't need a second opinion!) They do all of the work very efficiently and if you ever have any questions or concerns, they come right back out to make sure you are completely satisfied. Temperature Pro has been amazing! We installed 2 new Trane AC units. Both Sam, Reese and the installation crew were fabulous. Highly recommend this company! They are reliable, on time and follow up after the install to make sure everything was working perfect. Sam will take great care of you and your home AC needs.

Everyone at AZ Perfect Comfort, from the first phone call to installation, was customer service oriented, responsive and professional. We signed up for the annual maintenance membership and purchased a new AC/Heating Unit which was installed on time and with no hassle. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort!

The service tech that came told me that he couldn't get a close look at my AC duct and could only make a guess that it was ok using his phone light....The attic space is not that small. I still have no air flow from 2 vents.

Darrel and Julie and Brandon - the entire Island Breeze Team was so friendly and provided amazing customer service right off the bat. I just bought an older home so I called island breeze to come and check out the AC before real summer hits. Darrell came within a couple days and walked me through everything he found - after looking at my old AC and talking about it with Darrel I decided it was a better investment to replace my AC then to try to keep it alive each year (I have 2 small children with me in the summer). We scheduled the work to be done 2 days later and honestly they were done within a couple hours from install to testing! They’re a local family run business and Darrell knows his stuff - you can really tell they care about the customers they serve! (He even offered to help me move) I’ll be referring and using them for all my AC needs from now on.

I’m gonna start this post by bragging about how amazing Mindy is! The customer service skills are through the roof and I wish that more people were as friendly and caring as she is when it comes to your AC maintenance. Mindy and her family have been taking care of her AC unit for over 15 years. Our system is 20 years old and is still running in great condition. I wouldn’t change A/C companies for the world and I give them my highest recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The guys at Phoenix Air Department are the best. I’ve had them service both my home and business on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Always on time, service technicians are polite and super friendly. Install and repairs have always been completed when promised, correctly, and have never been billed more than agreed to. I wouldn’t use any other company for my HVAC needs.

We had a great experience with Carlos and CR custom services. We used them a couple of months ago when our upstairs AC unit was malfunctioning. Having used Ace Home Services before, we initially called them. They came out and immediately told us we needed a new unit. Quoted us about 25k, the tech said our AC unit was beyond repair and that was our only option. Carlos came over later that evening and evaluated our unit, within a few minutes he was able to determine what the issue was. He explained that it was certainly not beyond repair and he was able to fix it at minimal cost. Carlos believes In hard work and providing honest services to his customers and that really shows. Will only be using CR moving forward.

They didn't want to deal with me regarding a simple question about my condenser over phone. Just wanted to clarify one little issue before dispatching a tech to come fix my ac unit. Look elsewhere everyone!
