Best Temperature Control in Phoenix AZ

I am so greatfull to the company for their professional and speedy service. It has been 3 time prior for checking and repairing our unit. It was old and again I called and they were there same day. This time the unit needs replacing. They also made that affordable and quick to replace. I love this company and their professional technicians. They deserve a big pat on the back for great service!

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

Very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism from TemperaturePro Phoenix. I live out of state, and needed some maintenance done on my HVAC system during the holidays and had inquired with some local folks about a good company to use. They were prompt and easy to deal with, very fairly priced, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I highly recommend them.

My AC went out last week and needed to be replaced. It was 110 out and AZ Perfect Comfort was able to replace it in 2 days where everyone else was at least a week. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I highly recommend.

Service was fantastic! Called at 8 am and RJ was at my house by 10am. Quickly determined it was a dirty pan and deep clog. Fixed it quickly, educated me on how to maintain moving forward. Fast, knowledgeable, clean. Cost was very reasonable. Will use this company for any future service needs.

Daniel, father and son, came to our house SAME DAY and fixed our motor, compressor, wires, etc. Absolutely professional and honest. We are beyond pleased and recommend them to all looking for a.c. repair!

Brandon came out and fixed the problem. We had too much refrigerant in the system and it was stressing out the unit and making a loud noise. He came out within 2 hours of me calling for appointment. At first the noise was still there but after several hours the noise is gone. Definitely going to use island breeze from now on! Reasonable prices, professional and knowledgeable. No major upselling. The last place we used told us we needed new units very soon and that completely stressed us out. We had Darryl out several years ago but lost his contact info. So glad we found them again! AccuTemp saved our butts yesterday! We woke up to our house suddenly getting warmer and warmer. The short version is that the original installation company was unable to keep their appointment and through a referral from a family member we called Accutemp. It can be expensive and sometimes impossible to get hvac repairs done on a Sunday, but this wasn't unreasonable at all. Thank goodness it was an easy fix!!! I'm extremely satisfied with the service and the tech was very nice too!

They did a great job. Would hire again.

Multiple Problems After Install/Sloppy

They were the cheapest of their competitors, and they got the job done within a quick time frame. Beyond that, its been bad.
-after a $500 Sunday morning plumber fee, then another snake fee of about $150, we discovered PHX Air Dept had dropped a piece of PVC from their job in our sewer line. When we called them to report it and ask for compensation, they fought us on it and then only paid a fraction of the costs. Even though the entirety of our plumbing problem was their fault
-on their job they weren’t careful when navigating the attic and stepped on our can light causing a huge hole in the ceiling (to their credit they did fix this a few days later)
- months later we noticed a water leak out of that same can light after a bad storm; called a roofer who noted the seal around our AC unit is weak, they didn’t use a critical piece under the unit, and the general appearance of the AC unit install was messy; this repair is costing ANOTHER $500
PHX Air Dept was quick and cheap, unless you factor in the multitude of problems you’re setting up for down the road.

I sit near it, but don't know anything about it. Guess they keep Sky Harbor cool/warm.

CR Custom Services was very informative and spent good amount of time inspecting my current system.
They based my heating and cooling system on the size of my house, level of insulation, windows.
They inspected the duct system for air leaks.
They measured airflow to make sure it met the manufacturers specifications.
While wary at first, I am confident they finished the job professionally and with total satisfaction.

Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.
