I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Barrett today. He did some plumbing work at my house and the quality of his work was outstanding. Mr. Barrett did an excellent job; he was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I can not speak more highly about this company. I had three air conditioning units replaced. They were there when they said they would. When they arrived, they arrived in force. 6 trucks and 9 guys showed up. The were friendly and very helpful. The installed 3 huge unit in one day. They never stopped working. The crews were great and we are so happy with this company. I would never use anyone except NVM. Thank you to Kendra and her entire team. It is so nice to have someone you can trust and depend on. I called King Mechanical to inquire about 2 new ac units for my home. 2 days later I am enjoying the quite cool of 2 Trane AC units that were carefully installed by Frank and his team. I appreciate the fast, professional service and great price.

I called them because my circulation fan was not working properly on June 22nd. They said they need a special technician to come out and the soonest they can get me in is JULY 7th. So they expected me to have fan not properly functioning for 2 weeks. The office also said that diagnostics fees are waived. Thats why we went with Howard air since we didnt want to pay a 65 dollar service fee for them to just come out. What a scam.

Then it completely blows out, I call them again and they said they can come out tomorrow (Why didnt we just schedule it sooner if you can make it out tomorrow?) Well I consulted a friend and he gave me a price range to shoot for. Then Howard Air said the wheel is broken and that it will cost 668 dollars. One of my friends used to work with AC units and he said that to replace that should be 200-300 dollars.

I told the gentlemen from Howard Air we'll think about it. He said Okay but hes charging 88 dollars for a service call. My eyes popped. They made me wait 2 weeks and said no service fee yet they are charging me a service fee now when they diagnosed the problem? So is this a bait thing where they say no fee but then charge you an astronomical amount for work and then charge you a high service fee? What a scam these people are.

Staff from Arcadia Air were exceptional with their services provided!! They saved me a ton of money, were very professional and fast! Definitely a priority recommendation!

Howard Air is a great company. I had them install two new AC units when we moved in five years ago. I haven’t had any issues until our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling as well. They came out to service the unit and it was low on refrigerant. The service guys were very nice and added some refrigerant and the unit was cooling properly again.

AirZona took care of my AC servicing quickly, as promised -- answered all my questions, and provided good advice about energy efficiency. Gerald Sandoz is a great guy, and does outstanding work!

They did a great job. Would hire again.

Excellent job by ProSkill Tech Gaquar Moore. We have two systems, both are in the attic. Gaquar did a very through job of checking each one out. We are most pleased with his service.He is a credit to ProSkill Services. The service was done on 1-13-2023.
