The technician, Ivan, took the time to show me things I wouldn’t otherwise have known—such as where the a/c condensation drains into a drain under the sink in the second bathroom (black pipe) or even into a little pipe or spout in the shower ceiling (white pipe) if the sink drain gets backed up.All the more reason to make sure the sink drain doesn’t get clogged up! I had no idea what these two pipes were for—or that they were part of the a/c systemI appreciate the fact that he took the time to show me this—and explain it.His entire maintenance/service call was this informative and this professional. He was not rushed—and he didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff.He walked me through all the pictures he took of our unit. (I wasn’t allowed to climb up their 20 ‘ straight ladder—I’m sure for liability reasons.)But with the pictures (on his phone) I could see everything . I understand the system a little better now.Appreciate the time he took—and his communication with someone who is not a/c savvy.

Told me everything looked great when in the past other companies have tried to tell me I needed thousands of dollars of work. Honest and professional, what more could you ask for?!? B3 replaced one of our very old heat pumps last year quickly and professionally. This year, when our other old unit started to die, we called them and they once again did a fabulous job. On top of the great service, their prices can't be beat! They saved us $$$!

The experience was excellent with prompt and courteous service. Cris wore protective shoe covers and cleaned up before leaving. This is a locally owned company that is doing the right stuff!!

They will harass you till the day the company dies

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
