Update: After speaking with a representative for the company, we had a MUCH better experience. They went above and beyond what we expected. Just reaching out to say that they were sorry for the experience, demonstrates that they care. We might have misjudged them on thinking we were just a line on their appointment books. While our first interaction wasn't ideal, everyone has their off days, and the company showed they are more than just one technician and committed to a good client-company relationship. The follow up was very much appreciated.I had high hopes for this company based on reviews, but I can't recommend them as they are simply just overpriced (along with some minor hiccups). I called late Sunday evening due to our normal plumber having to cancel due to a broken truck. Our mainline regularly gets backed up (something we would like to fix in the future and need a camera and quote). Alas, as it stands it just needs a clean out every 4 or 5 months due to roots. We called this company, asked if they had surcharges because it was out of normal hours. They said no and it was just the 70 dollar diagnostic fee applied to the work, completely reasonable and what our other companies normally charge. We got a text message with the details of the technician and it said they would call when they were heading towards the job. Which is super helpful since we have a baby-who was asleep. Well they didn't call, rang the door bell and the baby woke up, less than ideal start. I explained the situation, and told him what we needed done, he wanted to check the bathroom to confirm it was what I said. He ran the water for half a minute, and i took him to the clean outs, where he told me the price. The mainline clean out was TRIPLE what we normally pay with Reddi Services and George Brazil. I declined, stating their price, to which he responded snarkly, oh you can get someone else at 11 PM at night? No, but I could wait several hours until they open in the morning. His comment made his estimate seem predatory, despite confirming with the office there was no surcharge for late hours. After my decline, he did attempt to knocked some money down, however even with paying their diagnostic fee plus the normal repair fee with our normal companies, I would still be saving money! I say diagnostic fee because the problem was described by us and he showed up at 10:34 and was driving away in his van by 10:42. I was told of that price over the phone, and someone did have to drive to our home, so that is my mistake. But I would suggest maybe renaming that a travel fee. The last problem I have is, I haven't even received a receipt for that transaction, despite my correct email address being listed with them, as I received their other email about the appointment. We are going to be upgrading our AC system this summer and we hoped this would be a good experience and throw them into the pool of getting quotes from, but judging from their simple clean out price - it's going to be way out of our budget.

I had just bought a foreclosure not too long ago and needed a bunch of work done on it. They did such an amazing job on all repairs and was very professional and respectful! Definitely recommend them!

Dylon the plumber came out to do a repair and flood prevention- he was absolutely amazing and helpful. Really took the time to explain everything, and stayed involved the whole way through the project. Also worked with Mark, who saved the day in a rough patch, and other lovely folks whose names I didn’t write down (boo!)

My house is old and has the strangest configurations on just about everything- the whole team came together to get everything done. Even when I got frustrated (and snippier than I should have been), they were nothing but professional, friendly, and helpful.

These guys are pros through and through - I wouldn’t work with anyone else for HVAC / plumbing.

We replaced 3 AC units and 3 air handlers as well . On time , professional, efficient…

From the time I placed my call you had a repaiman here within an hour. Frank, the repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and started troubleshooting immediately. Frank quickly found the problem, replaced the defective part and the heating system started working. He also took excellent pics of the heating unit in my attic and pointed out potential problem areas to consider. Frank quoted me the prices for the improvements I wanted, which I found very reasonable, and he got right back to work on my unit. In the end everything works great now. Had I used my home warranty company for this repair I would still be waiting for a return call from them and then another week before the problem was even addressed. I've had too many nightmare experiences with them. Thank you, Parker and Sons and specifically Frank for getting heat back in my home on the same day the problem was reported. I has a gas cap that had rusted over and was unable to be traditionally removed. Jon with Pat Riley & Isley came out right on time and spent a little over 2 hours working on it with all the necessary parts along with installing the kit I had for my grill. Absolutely fantastic work and great attitude the whole time.Would highly recommend this service to anyone needing any sort of plumbing done whether it be outside pipes like it was in my case or anything else!

We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

The apartment complex that I currently reside in recently used Alliance Plumbing to resolve an issue w/ my toilet. Shan came to assist with the plumbing issue and I have never seen anyone do what he did to resolve the problem, he went out of his way and took his time and knew exactly what he needed to do. Other plumbing companies have tried to resolve this problem over the course of 3 months or so and have not been able to succeed. I am more than satisfied with this business and especially the worker, Shan for having patience and taking the hours he spent in my apartment to thoroughly assess and complete the task. Even if this matter happens again, I am very appreciative at Shan's work ethic. Also, I loved that he cleaned up after himself as well, my bathroom was left clean with all my belongings back in place. Thank You!
