Our hot water tank dumped 40 gallons of water on our kitchen floor and spread into a few carpeted areas of our home. Our insurance company called Water Damage Scottsdale, and they showed up immediately and started cleaning up the water and pulling up the damaged vinyl planks, carpet, and padding. They definitely knew what they were doing and came back to check the level of dampness in the affected areas on two different occasions. Having your hot water tank go out isn't a pleasant experience, but Ryan, Tony, and the Water Damage Scottsdale staff were very professional, courteous, helpful, and sympathetic to our situation.
