Came home late from work to my home at 100 degrees. My dogs were so uncomfortable. I was so appreciative that Hays took my late call. Roger was at my home in less then a hour. He was professional, kind, and answered all my questions. A part had to be ordered, but Roger got my air running for the night, & was back early the next morning to fix, inspected, & cleaned everything. Thank you Hays & Especially Roger for Being so kind, & thorough.

James Hargrove was the technician that came out to replace our busted irrigation pipes. He was prompt, professional and very thorough of what the process would be from start to finish.

Had an emergency situation and called them... they showed up super fast and were very nice and informative. Explained my problem and possible solutions and had me fixed up in no time. I've since called them for a couple other issues and always the same great service with a smile. Won't ever go anywhere else!

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

The people whom Goettl has sent when we need repairs have been wonderful.
My opinion of the company would not get 5 stars. Maybe 2 stars. If their techs weren't great ambassadors, I would ditch them in a heartbeat.
For example, I had my appointment set today for 12-3. Someone there started blowing up my phone before the sun came up this morning.
We pay them a monthly fee for their protection plan. We have received ZERO service. One guy came one time. He told me to change my filters. I asked if he had some. He said, I don't do that.
He also brought a sales rep to try to sell me a bunch of absurdly unnecessary services.
We're still using them just because this kind of service is infrequently used. I don't think about how bad they are until I have to.

Had issues with toilet and laundry room overflowing and they came out and diagnosed the problem. The toilet overflowed only if there was solid, but the laundry room needed to have new piping because existing pipes were too small, and buildup was present. So laundry line was jetted and correct piping was installed. Also main sewer line was jetted and all seems to be working well. Mark and Ignacio worked hard and were pleasant and professional. Mark was also very knowledgeable. We will call Day & Night for any other problems.

Used Lincoln Air for multiple repairs and installs. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.

I called Parker and Sons around noon today because I had a difficult experience with the previous plumber that was assigned to me through my home warranty. I had been without hot water for a week already. I explained that I needed a new hot water heater to Parker and Sons and the other details. They put me on the on call list. Brett called and asked if it was convenient for him to come over in 40 minutes. It was. He arrived at about 2. He checked it out. Agreed I needed a new water heater. Went over the different options and pricing. He answered all my questions. I made the decision to go with them. He took out the old WH, went to get the new one, and was back within a half hour. It is not even 5pm and I have hot water again. I will gladly pay a bit more for outstanding customer service. I was prepared to not have hot water until Friday or Saturday if they needed that time. Parker and Sons knocked this one out of the park. I will be using Parker and Sons in the future for all my household repair needs. No more home warranty with awful customer service by them and their contractors. Way to go Parker and Sons!

I wanted to share my experience with everyone regarding my annual plumbing inspection from Patrick Riley Cooling Heating and Plumbing. The day before service date I received a call confirming the appointment and the time. I was told that I would receive a call when the service technician was on the way to my home. Gene, the service technician assigned to my appointment called and alerted me that he would be arriving at 8:00 AM which was the time I had requested. He was very professional yet very friendly and started my day off on a great note.He arrived on time and ready to get to work. He was Covid prepared wearing a mask which I appreciated. He and his partner (I didn’t get his name but a really great guy as well) completed the inspection and proceeded to explain what they recommended to make sure everything was 100%. I went ahead with the suggestion. They completed the work in a very timely manner.I’m was such a pleasure meeting them. Gene was just wonderful and a great asset to the company. The other gentleman was newer to the team but really seemed to be doing a great job as well.I would highly recommend this company and the technician (s) I had. It was a pleasure. I hope they are appreciated by their employer as great people are hard to find.
