Jenkins did great work on a repair after I had some water damage. Everett Sandoval was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. You can tell that Jenkins has a focus on doing the work right the first time and customer satisfaction is very important to them. Would definitely recommend!

Initially I had started with a different company whom apparently just wanted a check, it was very stressful dealing with them. A friend recommended Restoration 1, I KID U NOT - AS SOON AS THEY SHOWED UP I FELT RELIEVED! I arrived from an out of state business trip to discover my house flooded. I called ASAP and thankfully they sent out their best worker Rafael. One of the kindest and hard working guys I've ever been around. It was probably about a 3 to 4 person job and he mostly did it by himself, working his tail off for over 4 days. My wife and I did our best to get our belongings out of his way and he did all the rest. Absolutely amazing thumbs up to Rafael.

Our pipe broke during a hefty rain fall. Within 2 hours, our entire finished bathroom was wet. We called Water Damage Scottsdale. They came out and removed all of the wet carpet. They checked the drywall to make sure it was not damaged or mold. They brought in several fans to dry around the baseboards. They leave for a couple of days to make sure everything is dry.

Gateway Restoration is a company that is owned & run by a group of honest & trustworthy people. They were very on top of things & always happy to help answer any questions we had. They work hard & get things done in a timely manner. They also have a great work crew who are very friendly & great at what they do! We would definitely use them again!

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

I had a hot water tank leak that went through and around the pedestal and into the walls. Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. Im disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways. They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasn't able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home as it was prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.
