I was very impressed with Dara (I believe her name was Dara) who answered the phone and took my service request. She was very calming and helpful. Their technician Karl who came out to diagnose my problem with my airduct was amazing also. Although this issue will not be completed now since there was no access to the attic, he gave me great information on what to expect and when to call back to have it fixed. I had a great experience and I will use there services again. Thank you Dara and Karl

Had an emergency situation and called them... they showed up super fast and were very nice and informative. Explained my problem and possible solutions and had me fixed up in no time. I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.
