Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

First I would like to say how happy I was when I called Anthony's plumbing, it was the 4th of July weekend and I thought I had cleared a clog in my guest bathroom, three separate times when the clog backed up each time. So I reached out to several plumbers and Brandon texted me back Friday night on a 3 day weekend and went over what was happening with me in my home. He offered to arrange to have people come over the next day, then to my surprise Brandon himself showed up, he was professional and had all the right tools to do the job. He worked on my clog for over an hour confirming with his camera that the clog had in fact been cleared and my drain was finally open. He made several recommendations, but never pressured me. His pricing was as promised and even when working on a holiday weekend, he had a positive attitude and professional workmanship. Since I am in the real estate business myself, we are always looking for reliable and trustworthy people to recommend to our clients. Brandon is definitely my go-to Plumber whenever I or any of my clients need a great plumber. Thank you Anthony's!!

Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

Using this company was a fluke. We dialed the wrong number, but we're still looking for a plumber. The lady was very friendly and we decided to use them (especially because they are family owned). 2 guys came (Christobal and John Paul) and they were very friendly and professional. They did the work needed and left. We had to call them back twice, but each time they came back without any complaints. They did not put us off, complain or appear annoyed at any time. The last time they actually waited around a bit to make sure everything was good. Thank you for being friendly, professional and fairly priced. We will call again if needed.

Very impressed with this company!! Being new to the area, I wasn't sure who to call for repair work. A friend recommended this company and I'm so glad they did. They are available 24/7 and I didn't have to wait several days for a service call which is important when a water leak is involved. The first time Marco was my service tech. He was very pleasant, honest, and worked in a timely manner. I was also impressed by the fact that he didn't try to sell me a new water heater even though mine was older. After checking it out, he said it was still working fine. He fixed the water leak under my kitchen sink quickly and was on his way. The second time I had another water leak issue, Marco and Brent were the techs. They were polite, friendly, and explained the problem in detail as well as answering all my questions. A big plus was the fact that they had the part on their truck and I didn't have to wait several days. This company was competitively priced and didn't gouge me for working on a Sunday. I have been using Complete Plumbing and Drain Service for many years. Clint is very knowledgeable and has trained his sons to be as impressively conscientious and competent as he is.

Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

They are truly experts at ALL plumbing needs. They work meticulously on each job to be sure it is done right. They are conscientious and careful and they are nice people!

I would unequivocally recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

One call plumbing supposedly replaced a filtered water faucet for $440. The same day they installed it, it still wasn't fixed and the guy was already leaving. He fixed it by cleaning out cold water slime out of the pipe and replacing a blue line plastic thingy under the sink going to the water filter, he took his $440 and left. A couple of days later it was leaking again and the same technician came out and looked at it and blamed the cold water slime, he cleaned it and left. A week later it was doing the exact same thing, leaking from the faucet on top. The same technician came out and looked at, then blamed it on the whole water filter system. Basically they never fixed what was wrong with it and simply GUESSED at what the problem was and never pin poined the real problem. I do not recommend One Call Plumbing. Steer clear of them.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

Butch arrived on time, with a great attitude, and was very informative of our septic system. He described the condition of our tank and prescribed a frequency of service based on what he found. We have a very large system with just two people using it most of the time, so we knew it shouldn't need pumping that often. Other companies recommended pumping once a year. Butch's assessment confirmed our thoughts that other companies were happy to pump our tank when it wasn't needed. We will happily schedule Paradise Septic for our next service.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. AWESOME! It was a weekend, of course, and our entire house was backed up. The first plumbing company came out and they were convinced that we had to dig up our entire yard to fix the problem... a $3,000+ estimate. Then we called Cooper's...not only did they come out promptly on a Saturday morning, they didn't kill us with 'extra' charges for a weekend visit...and FIXED the problem in less than an hour! They will have our business forever!

I tried to complete a shower repair and broke the faucet cartridge inside the pipe. My wife told me I needed a professional. I made 6 calls to plumbing companies, no one could help me today. I have 2 infant grandchildren and my mother-in -law living in the house. The gas and water was off. Option One said they could respondwithin 2 - 4 hours . Two hours later Tim with Option One was at my door. After assessing the problem he gave me 2 quotes. They both depended on how much damage I had caused.Within an hour the repair was made at a very reasonable cost, especially considering my short notification. Both my wife and are are very pleased with the work and the professional tech, Tim.Option One will always be my first call should I have any new plumbing issues.
