We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

My water softener system was not working. It was purchased and installed from Goettl 2 years ago. Brennan Bingham came today and found the problem and repaired it quickly. Then he actual waited for the system to flush--which took an hour. Said he wanted to be sure it was working. Checked all our water lines while here and adjusted a couple valves that were slowing water from faucets. Brennen was professional, very knowledgeable and more than competent to resolve all issues. My heater stopped working and they showed up about 2 hours later. I was amazed. Polite and fair priced. Replaced a motor even had it on his van. I will definitely recommend this company

We have been working with Steve and the team from Environmental Taming since we purchased our home in 2019. They installed a RO system and water softener, maintained/repaired the existing HVAC system and most recently replaced the HVAC. I first heard about Howard Air several years ago on KTAR radio. When I called them that spring to do a check on my system, they came out on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule and sent a great tech that did a thorough job of cleaning my unit's condenser coils, crawling around my attic to verify the air handler control unit had a relay that may need to be replaced soon (previous repair by another company) and offering some tips on keeping my 20+ year old unit running.
Fast forward two years and I decided to have Howard Air out for a consultation since now was the time to replace my old AC unit. Ted came out and met with me for several hours. He was very professional and detailed, and even took a video of my equipment in the attic. He explained some things that could have been causing the unit to run less efficiently for it's life and also what Howard Air could do to improve on these things as well as some of the innovations that Howard Air offers the other company's don't. After seeing some of the prices on the units for install I was hesitant to proceed, but ultimately decided to go with Howard Air for several reasons; including advice from my father who used another competing company for his new AC install, the reputation and warranty of Howard Air and the financing options they offered. I did appreciate Ted cutting our meeting short for another appointment I had that evening to come back the next morning when my wife was home to finish up additional measurements in the attic.
Only two short weeks later I had George and David at my house on a Saturday for the removal of my old unit and the install of my new system. The two gentlemen did a wonderful job with each technician working to help each other out as they tackled each phase of the job. I was impressed by George's overall knowledge and how well he was able to setup the air handler, heat furnace and other parts inside my attic. He also helped guide me through easily using the new wireless thermostat. David put a lot of effort into routing my copper wire and electrical connections the way I wanted and even offered some advice about placement of the unit so there would be less vibrations of the cabling as it was running. I couldn't be happier about the entire job the two of them completed and if I only dealt with George and David alone, that would make me a customer for life with Howard Air. Thank you both!
I'm grateful for the way I was treated from Howard Air, including the first time I had contact with them to after my new AC unit has been installed.
It's been almost a month since my install and now the weather is starting to heat up a bit. I'll be looking forward to having my unit kick on to cool down the house now - Thanks Howard Air!

I've used Parker & Sons on a number of occasions in the past four years. They're my go-to for work I can't do myself, always responsive and professional. Today's project, replacing a dying water heater, was no different. Estimator Joe showed up right on time this morning, listened to my concerns, laid out several options without pushing me toward any in particular, and got me scheduled for service this afternoon. Techs Russ and Santino pulled the old heater, installed my awesome new Rheem 50-gallon hybrid along with an expansion tank and pressure regulator, and left the garage in better condition than when they arrived. The entire process could not have been better.

Howard Air has been nothing but spectacular. They are friendly, courteous, flexible with install times. Kept everything as they found it, neat and clean. You can count on them to be on time. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I would highly recommend them. Service has been second to none!

We needed a new heating and air conditioning system and went with Airzona HVAC. Gerald explained everything and even told us what to ask the next company that we were getting a bid from. They were here when they said they would be and took everything away when they were done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new airconditioning system!!

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

Beware, this company is questionable in their practices! We had One Hour Air Conditioning out last week after one of our units went out. It took them 3 days to get here. The technician gave us 3 different stories as to why the unit was not working. We have 8 year old units which were purchased and installed through One Hour Air. We have a 10 warranty on all parts and labor for the units through the manufacturer. One Hour Air was claiming parts and labor were not covered under warranty and wanted to charge us $2300 ( and could take up to 2 months for the part to come in). Long story short , parts and labor were covered 100% and we called another another company to come out. We needed a new compressor because the txv valve went bad. We have air conditioning again! I feel One Hour would have taken our money and charged the manufacturer also, making double profit on our situation. We called the manufacturer and gave our unit's serial numbers and they said all parts in the units are covered for 10 years ( One Hour Air refused to call the manufacturer). I think there are shady practices going on in this company, very disappointing since we have been loyal customers for the last 9 years. Take your business to a company that is trustworthy.
