A.P.E.S. is amazing. I completely trust Ralph and the entire team. They were extraordinarily responsive even late at night and the work was fantastic. They were also very reasonable. These guys are my GO TO professionals from now on.

Ralph Varela has excellent. Called 30 minutes in advance, was courteous and polite. He advised us what was wrong, gave us the quote & started working on the A/C. Took his time, completed the job, checked our brakes & set the thermostat. I would highly recommend Penguin Air to anyone. Will definitely use them again.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I wanted to give Michael from Goettle a big thank you. I was having a loud sound coming from my new AC. They had come out a month or so go and fixed it. Unfortunately, my unit is being temperamental. Michael came out and swapped out some parts. Hopefully that takes care of the issue. Michael thank you for listening to me and hearing me describing the issue. Fingers crossed! Our drains were completely clogged, he came out very quickly and was able to diagnose the problem and resolve in within a few hours! He even gave us his card incase he needs to come back out for free.

Issac and Kane replaced my water heater today, the same day they came out to diagnose it. They worked so hard in the AZ heat! They replaced our entire unit and added safety features to keep my family safe. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how everything worked. Even when I was just being nosey, its pretty cool to watch them build the pipes and everything,they were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you both for all of your hard work!

Ernest came to my home on time and introduced himself and was super personable. I have a lot of animals and Ernest noticed that I had 4 years of hair that had built up inside the closet where the system is. He went and got his wet/dry vacuum out of his truck and came back and vacuumed all of it out. I know that he didn’t have to do that and he went above and beyond. I’ve had Patrick Riley out to my home for plumbing and a/c maintenance and repairs and have always been impressed that all of their employees seem genuinely happy. I always like to see companies that fully value their hard working employees. I will continue to call Patrick Riley first every time. Thanks Ernest. We called Proskill on a Saturday morning as we realized that we did not have any hot water. We knew that the 10 yr old hot water heater (guaranteed to last for 10 yrs) was going to need a replacement and had quite suddenly stopped working.Proskill sent Steven, who was at our home in less than 1 hour. He made the diagnosis that we needed a new system, discussed the options and costs. We agreed it was time to get a new, upgraded system. He drained and removed the old tank and replaced it with an on-demand tankless hot water heater. We also asked him to replace the RO system from 2003, at the same time.The work was efficiently done using high quality appliances.We highly recommend Proskill and Steven. They have done done many projects for us and are consistent and reliable. Thank you Steven and Proskill.

I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
