Frisco came out at the beginning of our service window and was kind and courteous from the moment we met him. We discussed what kind of service I was looking for and the reason behind it and he told me exactly what he'd be doing. We did have a few minor issues with our unit but nothing that Frisco couldn't handle right then and there. He was very thorough on his explanations all the way through the process and just had a great overall attitude. He kept me informed of what he was doing and even gave us some helpful recommendations to extend the life of our unit. Great overall experience and will look forward to working with this company again in the future! Thanks Frisco!!!

Hobaica is the best! I purchased a new HVAC 2 years ago and yesterday noticed something was off. I called after hours and was able to speak with Scott Dale. He was incredibly professional and helpful. He gave me accurate time updates and I decided to wait to have a tech come out the next day. Hobaica said the tech would arrive between 12p-4p and he arrived right at 12pm with a 30 minute warning. I was thrilled to see it was Scott Dale who showed up! He was super friendly, helpful and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately the problem was outside of his control and I am now waiting on the manufacturer Bosch. Scott gave me advice on what to do in the meantime to ensure I am comfortable while I wait for the manufacturer to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Hobaica to anyone looking for a new HVAC. When I had the unit installed 2 years ago, I shopped around and now I know I made the right choice!

Great company. Gets the job done right the first time. They also are very friendly and clean up after themselves.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

Valleywide plumbing is very knowledgeable and professional in the work they do. I had a problem with a leaking toilet and they came out right away and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. I would use them again.

I have used 911 three times now and all three experiences were great. Scott was very professional, got the job done right and in short order. He is a nice person to deal with as well. Highly recommended!!!
