It was a Saturday afternoon, and I was a new customer, but she gave us priority because there was a leak. The crew of 2 called ahead, and not only replaced the water shutoff valve, but replaced the toilet, which was the original problem. Very personable, polite, and professional. And the cost wasn't bad at all.

I had an issue with our AC fan, the last company replaced the capacitor and took a couple of hours to figure out why the fan still not working, they told me the condenser motor fan is defective and need to replace it, it would cost me about $800.

Finally, I was able to find the Comfort Experts. Ryan from Comfort Experts was not only really friendly, but he also did a fantastic job of immediately diagnosing the issue (just in 10 min), quickly fixing the problem. No need to replace the Fan motor,

Great job identifying an attic “clunk” noise. Our service rep. was on time, had everything needed to do the job, was very efficient and worked quickly. Service call price was very fair, and we were happy we called Howard Air!

Had my new air conditioner and furnace installed. Had three men on site. Job appeared to be performed very efficiently. Cleaned up completely after themselves. Made sure I understood my new thermostat. The entire process went very smoothly.

Our water heater started leaking so the next day I called ProSkill about a new water heater. We had used ProSkill for new A/C units and they have been fantastic to work with. They were extremely kind and responsive. They were able to send someone out the same day within a couple hours to replace the water heater. Decio was very kind and professional and was able to get the new water heater installed with no issues at all. I appreciated the care he took to clean up afterwards and not make a mess in our house when he came in to run water. I considered another company but in the end, I chose ProSkill because I trust them and have been so impressed by their professionalism and competence.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
