We have been having some problems with our AC not running properly. We have a home warranty and they sent one of their contractors out. They diagnosed the problem and replace the fan motor. No sooner than the technician left, the AC stopped working. He came back out and said a wire was loose and fixed it. We were soon having the same problem.

The next day, they sent another technician out and the AC was working fine, so he said there was nothing wrong with it and left. Of course the air stopped working shortly after.

In desperation I called Howard Air. They sent Yubani Barraza out and he diligently diagnosed the problem and come to find out the prior contractor had installed the wrong motor causing the compressor to overheat. We had him install the right one (at our expenses), even though Yubani kept telling us he would have the prior contractor come back and install the right one. At this point I did not trust the prior contractor and had Howard Air install it. Howard Air spent a lot of time making sure they had the right diagnosis and address the issue properly versus quickly addressing the problem in a slipshod manner.

I cannot begin to convey how thrilled we are with Howard Air and will think of them for all of our AC needs.

We had an AC emergency! Our AC stopped working on a Sunday in the hot Arizona summer! We tried repairing on our own, even driving over an hour to get parts however that didn’t work. The techs went above and beyond to make my home whole again. A couple of days later, another contractor blew a fuse to the AC. I called Phx Air and a tech came out within an hour and had us back up and running. I definitely recommend this company and will be using them for anything I need in the future.

Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
