Best New Building in Phoenix AZ

I contacted this company for a quote. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am on a Wednesday. Joe contacted me on Tuesday at 5:00pm to confirm the appointment at said time. Come Wednesday at 9:23 am Joe calls telling me he can be at the property between 9:30 to 9:45 am because he is running early. My problem, I don't live at the property 2) I don't want the tenants disturbed. We confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a reason the previous evening. When I showed up to the property by 10:00am, Joe is quick to tell me he kept knocking on the door to no avail, gave me a quick verbal plan for the roof, told me I would get a written quote and off he went.
Not sure this company is able to follow instructions. From my experience with Joe, I gather they do what is convenient for them no regard for detail. Not sure I will be doing business with this company based on my first impression.

I had the opportunity to use Ky-Ko roofing for repair of a water leak which, in the great scheme of things was probably a minor job for them but was a world class project for me. I was very impressed by the fact that they made me feel like this was their top priority from the initial inspection and estimate through scheduling and repairs.
The company staff was patient, sympathetic, understanding and most importantly knowledgeable in explaining every step of the process and providing advice as well as alternatives that could expedite the repair and meet various HOA and neighborhood requirements.
The crew who came out to do the repair took great care in moving around on the roof so as not to crack any of the tiles and, in my opinion went above and beyond simply doing the job when they found two additional potential leak locations and, instead of just replacing the underling cut out the wood, replaced it, and THEN laid new underling so the potential problem was eliminated. This commitment to quality, and not cutting corners in my opinion truly distinguishes KY-KO roofing.
Without hesitation, I recommend these folks if you want the job done right.

Clean up was good but they should not use blower to blow small bits into grass.

I was incredibly impressed with Mikku & Sons. They made time in their schedule to come out to inspect my roof shortly after I called, the same day. They were very professional, honest, and extremely helpful. Josh was especially great - he was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure to answer all of my questions. He was the type of person you want when you need a job done around your house. I highly recommend Mikku & Sons you won't be disappointed

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF AND ACCOUNTING - ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC !!!!

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

Called for a roof inspection and spoke with Linda. She scheduled a time for Jack to come out and take a look at the property and he did a report the same day. Thankfully the roof was in great shape and no repairs were needed. My buyers would totally call Jack the Roofer if any issues arise in the future!

Called and left my name and number twice with the office girl who said she would pass my information to someone and never received a call back.

This review has been a long time coming. I called them for the 4th quote I got for a new roof and they were by far the most reasonable. Sean was very responsive and attentive. He also watched the weather very closely to make sure my roof wasn't exposed while work was ongoing. His crew was very thorough and clean. Once the job was done, the only trace left of the crew was a brand new, well done roof. Highly recommend.

Back in 2009, we and our neighbors both had an excellent experience with Henry Monzon and Centrik for replacing the underlay of our tile roofs. Great follow up, materials, tips, attention to detail, and clean up. I was looking up their info to refer them to a friend and thought I really needed to leave this review.

We have had Overson Roofing to our home for two different leaks, and in both incidents, they were professional, knowledgable, honest, and performed the repairs perfectly. They responded quickly when we had the emergency leak, and did the work without creating a mess. When everything was completed, the area that was repaired looked better than when the house was new. In fact, we regret that they weren't the contractors that installed the roof in the first place. We have owned two homes, and have hired many contractors over the years, but we cannot recommend any contractors as highly as we recommend Overson Roofing.
