Everything was completed as described and on time by very professional people, reasonable price and Gerardo was super nice person- already recommended the company to a friend of mine and they are going to install new system next week. And the lady from the office was so nice and helpful - just amazing people.

Andy was very friendly! I was happy to have him as a service person in our home. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure we understood our options and the implications of each repair. I called on a Sunday because our AC unit appeared to have quit blowing cold air. Unsure of the problem, but with the house warming throughout quickly, I called Lee Collins AC. I was impressed with the kind, helpful, and quick customer service and response time even during the weekend on off hours. Joseph was our technician. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness. He was able to get our AC back on track on the same day service call, which we were very grateful for as the the weather is getting warmer by the day! We had a very positive experience with all of their team members that we spoke to that day from scheduling to technician. I would highly recommend Lee Collins AC and will continue to use them for our AC/HVAC maintenance and service in the future.

From the first call to when the technician left Howard Air has been WONDERFUL! Scott Bird is so knowledgeable about anything A/C related. He was great and patient with us as we decided to get a new unit for our home. John or technician was so nice and answered all of our questions. We can not wait to get our new unit in. So glad though that Howard Air has a program that will temporarily fix your not working A/C until the new one comes in. I will not have to have a hot house until the new unit arrives and is installed. Thank you Howard Air!

Wow....there are a lot of Scams and Bad AC companies in AZ.....this company is what an outstanding AC service should be and what other AC places should strive for. Rhett is not only knowledgeable and a hard worker, but a very nice and friendly person. He helped us above and beyond. Price was extremely fair and workmanship top Notch. Also they don't look for problems so much as future fixes so you don't have costly issues down the road. I mean why have a yearly maintenance check up if the AC experts can't foresee some issues.
