Great service. Tech came out and fixed our ac issue fast and explained what work needed to be done prior to starting. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Update: i called and asked to speak to Carlos- the owner of the establishment. After further review of our unit from our ac tech, who was unavailable at the time of DDM service, we found that our unit was under warranty. My friend Ryan did not even ask or investigate a warranty of our unit. Just charged us an absurd amount. As much as I appreciate Cody's response, it doesn't change the fact that we were ripped off. Ryan did not provide a service. Had it not been for me asking him to wait for cold air to blow from our ac, he would have left immediately after the retire. He did the job and left. I would never in my life call what he did a service. If Cody thinks that's service, their business is doomed for failure. I'll wait for my call from Carlos.

My tech, Ryan, was behind in the times. He spoke to my husband politely and answered all his questions. The second I, a female, asked a question he visibly rolled his eyes and would not acknowledge my presence or speak to me. This company charged over $500 for a part that cost $50. I understand you need to make a profit, but $450 is absolutely ridiculous. My hands were tied unfortunately. Also, Ryan told us he couldn't work on the ac while it was raining, then proceeded to fix it while it was still raining. Hopefully I won't have more damage done to my unit because of his ignorance. I will never recommend this company. Shady, shady, shady.

Matt was incredibly helpful with getting our heating back up and working in a short amount of time. He also checked and notified me about other issues he noticed that we would should get fixed in the near future. He explained it all in a way that was easy for me to understand and was extremely friendly!

I've been having Mark of A&M mechanical work on our AC for almost a decade now and always been extremely satisifsa with their response time, work and general customer care while here and over the phone. Mark, Amy and the rest of their team are great to work with.

Michael is professional and courteous. He asked if it was okay to park where he did. He was not scared by my dogs. My AC unit is on the rook, and he knocked on the door when he completed the check. He went over the results with me. It's a good thing he came out last year, because he was able to spot an intermittent issue. (Last year the AC had an issue cooling down.)

I purchased an annual preventative maintenance (PM) contract from SG Mechanical. An expensive mistake.

During the sumner PM they replaced an OEM capacitor with their cheap inferior capacitor. The replacement caused electrical surges in the fan and compressor - a shady dishonest way disreputable contractors can stress-fail an older air conditioner to force a service call or a lucrative AC replacement - which SG Mechanical pushed before, during, and repeatedly after their PM.

After recognizing the surges as something very wrong, I called one of the SG Mechanical owners for them to come back and put in the correct capacitor. Again they Installed a cheap, inferior, non-OEM, non-Trane-approved capacitor (this time it was the correct voltage and amperage size for the AC unit). After gaslighting the facts and their responsibility they charged me $89 for the service call.

Unfortunately the damage caused by SG Mechanical was already done. The motherboard with visible scorch marks from repeated surging, failed less than three months after their summer PM-Mission accomplished. An expensive repair. Lesson learned: I will NEVER let SG Mechanical work on my Trane AC/Furnace again.

Anthony was the person who helped me out today, he was amazing, friendly and super helpful! He even cut down my tree branches which he didn't have to but he did it just to help me out! Was a amazing guy! Would recommend him and this company to help you.

Larvell was very knowledgeable about his work and what needs to be accomplished. When asked a question, he seems to enjoy assisting others and takes the time to illustrate the whats and whys! I will continue to call Goliath Mechanical if I need assistance in the future, and I will tell others about it if they need help with any air conditioning services!!

Word of mouth offers the BEST quality and value. I was referred to Prestige by a Little League Baseball friend. (The owner live across the valley and is a complete stranger to our LL) I would recommend Prestige to ANYBODY if they needed a fast, value focused, and professional service. The only drawback I can think of... is that it is Phoenix, and in August when our system went out, he didn't have enough techs to schedule the (complete) system install for a couple of days. So, he (owner/operator) took on more jobs himself in the days preceding to schedule us properly and was on-site to rescue us from 110* weather.

The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Austin has been at my house all day trying to fix my a.c. He finally got it going after dealing with some difficult pieces and 2 bad blowers. He would not give up until he got it going. He's so polite and he even swept and mopped after he was done. If I ever need help with my plumbing or my a.c. I pray that he's the tech that they send. Thank you Austin and alliance plumbing for being so quick and efficient in this ridiculous heat.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.
