I was recruited to be an operator for Sundt, I quit my last job and gave up an amazing schedule and benefit package. I did 2 trainings over 2 weeks to be on an Intel site. The day I was supposed to start my wife got covid and I called in to inform the supervisor and to ask what I should do. I was told to be tested and regardless of the results I needed to quarantine for 10 days. My test was negative as it was sent in and after the 10 days, the foreman called to inform me his work was put on hold and to not come in until further notice. As about 2 months passed by I was given the run around and never contacted or had calls/texts replied to. Contacted the recruiter and was told in the system I was inactive and terminated. Thank you Sundt Constrction for coming to me for work and taking away what lively hood I had and not being able to pay bills, support my family, and wasting my time. Horrible business practice, unprofessional supervisors and I’ve never been this disappointed in a company who says that have “values”…

They were amazing in their ability to remove and install my new unit in very rough terrain. Their customer service is excellent. Since I was unable to be present during the installation, they kept me informed through phone calls, emails, texts, photos and videos. Considering the mess of installation, their cleaned up was immaculate. They have gone out of their way to provide help with every aspect of the a new system, and I can rest assured that they will help me maintain my system for years to come.
