Came home from work only to find no power in the entire house. Did some investigating and realized the main breaker had broken. Parker and Sons answered the call and sent a repair team out late on a Friday night. They came with the needed replacement breaker and had it changed out in less than an hour. It was a little pricey, but I appreciate getting power restored relatively quickly.

Shane was so great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our AC was repaired quickly. He was honest and on time. So hard to find these days. Highly recommend!!!

Received an email from Howard Air with the name and photo of the technician. That was the first contact. The technician called before arrival and showed up in the time frame given. He was polite, professional & explained what he needed to do to get our ac back up and running. It was a late night emergency appointment and he was as friendly as if it was the first appt of the day.i highly recommend them for your ac & heating needs.

Troy and his team are outstanding! I called and booked an appointment with Sam. She was quick and friendly. I asked a million questions about my AC unit and also how cleaning my air ducts works. She explained it all very well. I ended up getting a tune-up since it is winter here in AZ and I want to be prepared for when summer approaches again next year. Last year, when I was staying with a friend for a month while my home was being renovated. Her AC went out during the end of July and I DO NOT want to ever experience that in my new home... it was BRUTAL. I had to sleep with damp blankets and I was getting sick because of the heat. Her home was a rental, so she had to use what the property management company made her use (some other AC company) and we had to wait until the very next day until they finally showed up. Overall, I can tell a huge difference in my home when my ducts and vents were cleaned. There were no surprise costs. Friendly, on-time, and professional. I wouldn't look anywhere else!! OUTSTANDING! Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

I can't recommend him highly enough! My AC broked down like 3 times. He come to my house every time, no matter the time or day. He was always on time. His a man of his words. He installed a temporary motor so we won't suffer during the heat with no AC until we received the new motor.. Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable.  He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up. Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. I love that His Bilingual i felt comfortable talking to him both languages (Spanish) and he answered all my doubts and concerns.
