We had two Heat-pump systems replaced on our home. The Installers were prompt, detailed, very professional, cleaned up the work areas and made sure we knew how the new units operated before they left. From the salesperson through the scheduling staff all of our expectations were exceeded.

Hot water heater sprung a leak on a holiday weekend .They had a tech out in about a hour to drain tank and remove so I could repair water damage. Their supplier was closed for the holiday but, I went to home depot to get a new unit and they installed it the next day. Both techs were great

Shane was great! Not only did he fit me in, he was able to diagnose and repair my unit quickly and gave me a few tips on maintenance to extend the life of my A/C unit. He turned what could have been a horrible situation (no home A/C during a heat wave) around. Thank you so much. I would recommend him anytime.

Received an email from Howard Air with the name and photo of the technician. That was the first contact. The technician called before arrival and showed up in the time frame given. He was polite, professional & explained what he needed to do to get our ac back up and running. It was a late night emergency appointment and he was as friendly as if it was the first appt of the day.i highly recommend them for your ac & heating needs.

I can't express how happy I am with their service. My a/c went out in the middle of the night. All the big a/c companies were booked out for 3 weeks. Seriously, no joke even for emergency calls. My husband's co-worker knew these guys personally. I called them and within 2 hours they were at my house. They had the part that needed replacing on their truck. My a/c was back up and running within 30 min of their arrivial. The 2 guys were very nice and professional. This is now my new a/c company!!! Thanks again!!!

Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. He and his crew show up on time and get the job done very well. I will be using Canilu for all of my HVAC maintenance from now on.
