The technicians and staff with Parker & Sons are punctual, experienced, and attentive. They offer many services and multiple options for repair/replacement when needed. I received communication throughout the process, including reminder calls. I just started the maintenance program and plan to be a part of the Parker & Sons family for as long as I live in Arizona.

I had a very positive experience with Pruitt’s. I had a leaky toilet and the original attempt to fix the leak was not successful. But Pruitt’s came back out to my house, no questions asked, and finished the job. My technician was also very polite, professional, and respectful. I would recommend Pruitt’s to others based on my experience.
