We were referred to Jimmy from a family friend. They were on time and polite when they came to look at my AC unit. They got me a quote for a new system and were really thorough and informative. They charged the Freon in our system to make it work while we made a final decision on our new system. We just decided to do a solar project and to lump the HVAC unit into it. I look forward to working with Jimmy as the project progresses. I will do my best to update my review once the project is complete!

I called Parker & Sons today my AC wasn’t working on the first warm day of the season. This winter I had inadvertently turned off the breaker switch. And had forgotten to flip it back. So the service man came out and determined the problem.and flipped it back. Problem solved. I had thought it would show some class and PR not to charge me. But since I had agreed to the service call price of $95, of course I was charged and paid this price. I doubt a smaller company would have charged me this fee, but not Parker And Sons, was charged the full price. How about building some nice customer relationships? Will remember this, Have a nice evening.

I was looking for a new more personable and reasonable service for my air conditioning needs. Called Patrick Riley on a Sunday, they sent Matt out on Monday. Scheduling was easy and the scheduler was super sweet and took time to listen to me. On monday they called and communicated they had a technician earlier. I was exstatic at the communication. They sent me a pic of Matt so i would know who he was. I loved this communication. Matt came asked questions, he listened, was professional, explained things, was so respectful and kind as im healing from a major surgery. I signed up for the bi annual inspections which were very reasonable as my financial situation is not great from my unexpected surgery and my husband is a combat disabled Veteran. Matt fixed our problem, serviced our air conditioner and made a new customer. My search is over ?.They immediately sent follow up review form on Matt and service which was easy and i filled it out immediately. LOVE THE PATRICK RILEY BUSINESS FAMILY SO FAR.

We were very pleased with Tyson. He has great work ethics, great customer service skills and very knowledgeable. This was a tough job and he called Mike for assistance and he was great and respectful also. Your company is very blessed to have these young men employed and I hope when I call the next time, they will be available, but I am sure part of their greatness is your upper organization's attitude. A quick shout out to the lady that answered the phone as she was very pleasant and business minded.
