We had a terrific experience with Bills Pest & Termite Company. Paul, the termite specialist came out to the house and walk the inside and outside of the house. He was polite and professional, and left a service agreement prior to leaving our home. We actually scheduled our service about a month later and had an emergency that morning and we were unable to meet the gentlemen at our home to do the service. Without any additional charge, they rescheduled and performed our service. GREAT JOB!! GREAT SERVICE!!

Scorpions are mostly controlled at my residence. The price that is charged is too high and it's probably in the contract that there will be increases, but I've never been notified when they occur.

I called House Doctors Exterminating urgently as we learned, once you start renovating your home the noises disturb the termites and we discovered visible tubes on the walls. YUCK! They got over to our house within a day of my call! Which meant we didn't have a delay to our renovation schedule and I can breath a sigh of relief!
Tracy offered great and affordable pricing so we went with the 5 year warranty option. Seriously a no brainer! We live in AZ termites are here. Now I can sleep at night knowing the termites are being terminated by House Doctors Exterminating! Honestly you guys rock! Thank you!

We have used Russell Pest for 16 years & it's the only company we use. I appreciate that they contact me each month by text to let me know when they will be in the area & do we want service. The techs are always courteous & text me If they are running early or late.

They were very thorough with the inspection and even showed me everything they looked at along the way. The day of treatment the gentleman was polite and did a good job. I could tell he moved furniture to get all surfaces covered. Very pleased with the service I got! I will renew the warranty they offered (which is awesome).

Service was alright. We still had several scorpions found in our home and opted to take over treatment on our own which has been successful so far. I called to cancel and was given the difficult “try to save the customer” pressing sales pitch. Even after affirming that my decision was made, their employee continued to press me. That doesn’t make me feel great and eliminates the possibility of being a return customer.

James Morris was a very professional and friendly technician. He was on time and did a thorough job. We always feel better and safer after Tru Force has treated our home for scorpions and insects. Thanks for our peace of mind!
