Great plumber to work with, great service and even better price!

Do not recommend at all. The service is unprofessional. The plumber showed up late, didn't want to come inside the house to check valves and without seeing the valves quoted a random price of $75 which was double the price of another company. The company said they have a 24 hour turn around time for quotes, however it is now more than that and I still haven't received a quote.

Travis Vounu was wonderful from the first contact for an estimate down to the endless list of jobs I had. He was polite, professional, and over the top service oriented. My home is a better place because of him.

There’s a reason this company has been in business for as long as they have been. Top notch service! The install crew was prompt, friendly and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves through out the whole installation. I am genuinely impressed with how stress free the entire process was. great and fast service

My water heater has some rust on it and I wasn’t sure what the problem was. The ACE guy came out and had the tank fixed in like 10 minutes. I was so impressed. He explained why that tank had rust and helped me understand that my water heater was not at risk and by replacing the tank with the rust I probably prolonged the life of my water heater. So I’m a happy camper.

Parker and Sons are the best. I called their company at 9pm on a Thursday night. The person who picked up the phone was nice and friendly. They showed empathy for my situation. I lost electricity in certain parts of my house. I explained, I needed electricity to work from home. Parker and Sons sent and electrician out by the name of Alex Ortiz first thing the next morning. He was kind and very efficient. He explained what happened and what needed to be done. He did testing to make sure everything was running properly. I can't say or express how happy I am with Parker and Sons. I will definitely use them again.

Once again, we received excellent product, installation and customer service from Howard Air. A second air conditioner was needed at our house, and as soon as I called about it, customer service took the ball quickly and sales rep Scott helped make it happen along with a terrific installation crew that did excellent work. Thank you to all at Howard Air!

Our parents A/C was probably going, and with parents in their 80's, we couldn't have that. Called and Claire got us is the same day by noon. Tom was right on time, and was great about waiting for my sister to get there, my parents don't do well with strangers. The unit had frozen up and had many small unrepairable leaks. so gave us a quote for their unit, same day and scheduled an install for 3 days later. We are so grateful Tom and Claire were able to quickly respond in such a friendly and professional manner. We will probably sign up for the maintenance program, as it is quite reasonable. We met Gerald Sandoz, the owner, to get a quote, and liked him right away. We got 3 bids and he was competitive, knowledgeable, and had top tier equipment with a fair price. The installation went great! The quality of the heat pump is very good, for our budget. We’ve had a couple of problems that were not his company’s fault, but he was right there to help us and support us through our issues! He went well above our expectations, and he and his company came through for us! I highly recommend you using this company for your HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Derek was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly. He was quick to respond, figured out the problem and got it fixed. Best HVAC person I've used so far. I wish I had him for my projects previously.

Had new central air installed. It was an attic installation. Had to remove old furnace and air. They installed a new Day and Night 3.5 16 seer air and 90000 btu gas furnace along with an air scrubber. Everything is working great and the installers really knew their stuff. Left everything clean. I would recommend them if you need new air. You won't be disappointed.

Scott has provided great customer service for a lot of people in my network. After hearing them rave about his work, I felt comfortable choosing him as my HVAC tech. He did not dissappoint! If you want integrity, knowledge and quality work for a great price Scott is your man!

Please train your drivers to be more safety conscious, this driver at crescent crown distribution in mesa Arizona on Tuesday October 20th could have parked his equipment to the right side of the building and it was completely empty in that area
and his hose would have been closer to the door making it more practical , but instead he chose to sandwich his company's equipment between the very narrow 3 docks available for pickup putting your truck at the mercy of truck drivers who are trying to dock in a very difficult area . SMH !
