The technician arrived nearly 2 hours outside of the window provided. They seem to have an aversion to repairing systems. I had a leak somewhere but the technician did not locate it precisely (even though i was charged for the electronic leak detection). I was not ready to buy a new system but that was the priority for the technician. Very expensive as well!

George was excellent. He completed my system repair and system is blowing cold! He showed me photos of the unit and advised it was in good shape/didn’t need a replacement. A lot of other companies in the valley seem like they just want to hard sell a new unit. Highly recommend.

I called Preferred Air around 8pm July 24th. They came out within 1.5 hours. I have used them before and was impressed with their service and office staff. My unit had a motor that was dead. We decided to buy a new one, it was time. They was more than happy to do repairs! They gave us several options and the one they recommended wasn’t even the most expensive unit. On Thursday morning they came out with two free loaner units to tide us over till the installation on Friday. Friday they came out, laid a foundation to keep my floor clean and went to work to get my new ac set up. The office called after the install to check in and they even sent someone to do the minor dry wall repair from their install. Last company made a huge hole and left us to fend for ourselves to find someone to do drywall repair. Preferred Air is the most thorough company my husband and I have worked with. They are the company to call when you really want to trust that someone will be honest and have integrity. They are about awesome customer service. Call them you won’t be disappointed.

We had a lightning strike close to our upstairs refrigeration unit rendering it inoperative. Howard Air's response was reasonably prompt. They checked our unit, removed two destroyed circuit boards, installed a different temporary thermostat, and restored cooling until new circuit boards were ordered and received. Upon receipt of the new parts, they were installed, the smart thermostat was reinstalled, and there was no charge under the 10 year refrigeration warranty. Very happy with Howard Air's service.

They changed the time on me twice without letting me know. I had to get a hotel because they didn’t come help me with my Air Conditioning when they said they would.

I would leave less than one star if it was possible- rude office staff, they give a date and time frame for when they are going to show up- and then they miss their appointments- then they never call to follow up with you! It is understandable that things come up and rescheduling has to happen sometimes- however when there is no communication and they just never show up- that is a HUGE problem! -and its been my huge problem on 3 separate occasions now- i've never tried so had to throw money at a company in my life- safe to say that i have hired a new company at this point, and i will NEVER be calling this company again!!!

Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. It was great to see how efficient and well thought out Able Chacon handled this job!! Thank you Ryan for allowing me to give credit where credit is due!! Great job Alliance!! ??????
