The expert in the tree could tell live branches from dead ones, figured out which order to start cutting so he would still be able to access remaining dead wood, was careful to safely store his saw after each cutting before doing anything else. The crew was pleasant, professional, and competent. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. I am convinced that trees should only be cared for by professionals who know that different trees require different care and under different circumstances. I've tried many different so-called tree experts but I've found the one with whom I will stay! I highly recommend this company!

Jesse got us on the schedule quickly and can handle any size of job. We’ve used him numerous times now. Always comes when he says he will and does a quality job. Had one huge tree that died right next to our house. His crew got it down with no damage to the house. Will definitely hire them again.

I had Phoenix Trim-a-Tree come by and trim my large pine tree in my front yard. They did a phenomenal job trimming and cleaning up in a timely manor. I will definitely be using them again for future work.

We had such a great experience with this company! We had a two day project requiring a crew of 5 guys. They removed 10 very tall trees, some of which were grown into the foundation of our home and dead oleanders that were grown into a metal fence. The also treated the stumped with chemicals and grinded them. From the moment Daniel came over to assess the situation and give us a quote until when the project was complete and the crew left everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The crew left our yard looking better than before they came. We had 10 different companies come out to give us quotes and I was shocked at how many of them didn’t know what they were talking about and didn’t carry the proper insurance and workers compensation. I am so happy we chose Liberty Tree Experts!

They did a very thorough job trimming our trees for us as well as completing a tree removal on a dying ash tree. After speaking with the arborist and learning there was no way to salvage the ash tree we had no issue scheduling them out to get the work done. The price was right, they did excellent work on all of the plans we made on the initial inspection of our trees, and they crew knew exactly what to do on the day they showed up to complete the job. I look forward to having them as my go-to tree service after the way they conducted themselves and cleaned up when finished. Very pleased customer!

After a storm came through and caused major damage to my mesquite tree I started calling around looking for someone to come out and remove it. Guillermo, the owner came out to evaluate the damage, walked the property and told me what he would recommend. He is very knowledgeable, honest and kept his word. His crew was fast and friendly, I have already recommended him to others. Thank you!

I’m so so impressed with Valley View Landscaping. I’m very particular and picky when it comes to yard work however, I saw them, stopped and asked for a quote. They came over quoted us and started the work. I wish I had before pics I’ll have to see if I can find some and upload later but everything we asked for was perfectly done! They started out higher but due to an other quote we were able to receive the same pricing. I’m so happy I chose to use them! I would recommend anyone to them. They are very very sweet and willing to listen to your needs as well. I will be having them come back for more services! Thank you so much boys!!

A dangerous driver on the road. This driver not only was incredibly aggressive inside a residential neighborhood with a posted speed of 30 mph, he flat out attempted to run another vehicle off the road. He then continued to drive very aggressive and erratic, following me, and even to the point of driving on the wrong side of the road to attempt to run me off the road to avoid a head on collision. He then blocked me, a single female, in to talk condescendingly as if he had done nothing wrong. Once he realized that everything was being recorded, he tried to quickly dismiss and get out of there. There is something uniquely disturbing about someone, who is apparently the owner, who feels it's perfectly acceptable to drive at another vehicle head on without attempt to stop. I'm glad he showed his true colors, as ironically enough, was looking for a local landscaper but now know to beware of this gentleman and company that's oddly only 4 blocks from my residence.

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

Provided free estimates, answered all my questions even through text, they were on time and ready to work without any hiccups, respectful to my neighbors and most of all communicated step by step what he’ll be doing so I stayed informed along the way.

Asked for a quote and scheduled a time, then they no-showed me with no message. When we rescheduled and they finally came to do measurements, they said they would provide a quote that night and then I never heard from them again. Still haven’t received a quote or message several days later.

Great experience and service, we'll definitely call them again.

Leaf blowers all throughout the complex at 6 in the morning?? This is ridiculous it's every single Thursday I know I won't be getting much sleep.

The worst landscaping company in The Valley. Unprofessional and very unreliable. I do not recommend this company.
