Arcadia Air is friendly, thorough and professional!!! They are the kind of repair professional you wish you could always rely on when you call for any kind of household service.

They first helped us about 6 months ago in diagnosing a problem caused by the original installer. They made sure we clearly understood the problem so we could take up the issue with the original installer to correct the very poor workmanship.

Then yesterday, we turned on the AC and the air coming through was not cold. Allegedly, when the original installer corrected the other issue, my system was supposed to be in perfect condition to last several years, but once again, their claim was less than true.

We called Arcadia this morning, and fortunately Manny was able to come out today and get our system running better than it ever has before. Seriously, our house has never gotten this cold this fast!!! Once again, Manny very clearly explained the issue and answered all our questions. We are very thankful for their outstanding service!!!

I've been using Dial One Mears air conditioning and heating service for several years and I'm thoroughly satisfied with their customer service and the technical expertise of their technicians. RJ performed our spring startup service today and true to Dial One Mears form, he left no stone unturned during his inspection and thoroughly briefed us afterward. Thanks to Dial One Mears seasonal services, my wife and I have had no issues with our AC unit. And that says a lot given the brutal heat of Arizona summers. Garret was very professional. He came on time (with 30 minute notification). He had the face mask and gloves on. He checked the AC unit outside, and quickly was able to diagnose that the capacitor in the attic is the issue. He got his ladder, put on the Shoe cover (Thank you), and accessed the attic, got the part replaced and that was it. AC started blowing cold air again. Overall experience was very positive and thanks for wearing PPE to help protect the customers and himself. High marks for professionalism. Also it was very easy to schedule.THANK YOU!!

Lack of communication. Service was scheduled for 12-2pm. I called dispatch at 1:08pm who said tech was still at previous job. I called dispatch again at 2:08pm technician was wrapping up at last job. 2:21pm I received text message that tech was on their way. 2:51pm I see truck pull up, no one comes to my door, 2:56pm I receive text message saying job was done. Tech never even came to my door. Owner contacted me at around 5Pm to take corrective action; scheduled me to have service by end of day. Both owner and technician showed up at 8pm. Repair was done; skills and knowledge of trade is not at question, my AC is now cooling properly.

CR Custom Services was very informative and spent good amount of time inspecting my current system.
They based my heating and cooling system on the size of my house, level of insulation, windows.
They inspected the duct system for air leaks.
They measured airflow to make sure it met the manufacturers specifications.
While wary at first, I am confident they finished the job professionally and with total satisfaction.
