Over the past 4 years our businesses have paid over 25,000 - 30,000 in services and repairs to Penguin Air and up until this point I have always recommended them and rated them highly on here. We agreed to do their preventative maintenance that they kept pushing on us at each visit. What they didn't say is that you are required to schedule the appointment in order for the work to get done. And regardless if they do it, they will still charge you! I noticed our credit card was charged the other day yet there is no record of any work being done. It is basically just a way for them to get money from you and retain business. I do not recommend this mainteance option and I would suggest only calling them when something is wrong or actually needs to be done. They will charge your card without doing the work if you are on this plan and they will blame it on you if it doesn't happen by saying you have to schedule it. Well if I haven't scheduled it why are you charging me? So I called to scheduled it and the guy told me he could get someone out to get our ACs ready for the summer. I said Ok when can you get someone out. His responses August 31-September 1st. I remind you this is to get the unit ready for summer. What a joke! Also other appointments take priority over the preventative maintenance too. So long story short, stay away from agreeing to do this because it won't happen if you don't schedule it but they will still charge you for it! Only call when you have an emergency because maybe then you will be a priority regardless of how much money you spend!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

They came out to replace a cartridge on my shower. They were a vendor for my warranty company. They replaced the cartridge and when they left the shower was still leaking. They returned and said the valve needed to be replaced because of rust and corrosion. They wanted to charge me another $350, after $250 had been paid for the cartridge. This sounded strange so I called another plumber. He stated that the original tech used pliers to remove the old cartridge and broke the valve in doing so. Since companies compete I called a third plumber for an estimate and he came out today and said the exact same thing! When I let Amigo know they still told me it was broken because of rust and corrosion! They refuse to admit their tech broke it and are thieves who will break things and charge you for it!!

Travis and Dillan were out this morning, right on time, to repair our basement sump pump. It’s not easy to find plumbers who are familiar with sump pumps in the valley, so it was a huge relief when Travis came out earlier in the week and quickly found the problem, ordered a new motor, and scheduled a time to come back and install. The guys were fast, friendly, and professional the entire time they were here. They left the area they worked on clean and tidy. I’m so happy to have functional plumbing in our basement again, just in time for holiday houseguests.

Called to have a rejuvenation done on my ac unit before summer. The tech got here and was here for 3 hours and there is nothing wrong with my unit, just wanted a cleaning. The tech was nice, but didnt know it would be a all day thing , be prepared to waste the whole day. Not happy. Plus tech was on phone asking for help, doesn't install confidence in me they know what is going on. UPDATE..now my unit doesn't work. She up there trying to figure what's going. Fantastic.

I have used Ace twice and Stuart was my technician both times, the service is incredible. I appreciate the honesty from this company, and Stuart to not have me install/ have repairs that aren’t needed. I ask many questions and he is always very patient to explain :) It is hard to find companies you trust, but I truly know I’m in good hands with Ace. I will always request Stuart as my technician for his 5 star personality! If you’re searching for an honorable company, you can definitely trust Ace without worrying ?

Was driving with a baby in the car and the truck 1506 going west on US60 around 3:55pmNovember 23rd 2020 almost crashed into me multiple times while I have a baby in the carand nearly missing others as well. Doing excessive speeds. Shows what kind of people who go the homes for this company. Irresponsible and do not care about others.Will never call or recommend

We were certain we had a water leak from our meter to our house. We called ProSkill services and they were able to come out within a couple of hours. After assessing the situation they came up with a plan to do a temporary fix until we could figure out the permanent fix. They dug up the piping and installed new piping where the break was. They stuck around after the water was on to make sure it held. We have used Proskills several times and they have exceeded our expectations every time.

Best service I have used, great job, plumber Jose Ramirez did an amazing job. Jose answered all my questions quickly, very professional and helpful, talented, skillful and a good person. Quickly inspected and communicated what needed to be done, outstanding job on main valves, shut off valves, leaks, vaccum blaster, handles, cartridge, hose bibs and more also a great deal in the rate from Scott, very happy with service recommend to family , friends and everyone, Great Job!
