Best Electrical Problem Repair in Phoenix AZ

84 year old mother in law’s AC went out. She has a Scottsdale condo and still, with help, lives on her own. Our daily temps (7/20/22) had been in excess of 110 degrees so after being told that Penguin couldn’t provide service the day her system quit, even though they promote they offer emergency service and I felt an 84 year old woman living w/o AC was an emergency, they gave her an appointment for “1st thing in the morning” and told her to be there by 7am.She complied, sat in her home as temps spiked, called their “customer service” repeatedly throughout the entire day and was told EACH TIME that she was next and a technician was on the way. A tech NEVER SHOWED, by the end of day she was a weak wreck. Torturing senior citizens is a crime in my opinion. Absolutely no excuse for their treatment of her that day. The “Great Customer Service” they promise is a total lie.Well. it would be great if it was possible to reply directly to the Response from the owner that was received but possibly this will suffice. 1st, I didn't say that she was on an emergency schedule, only that she had hoped but was told they weren't available that day. The appointment she had for the next day was scheduled. Not to a precise time but in consideration for NOT being able to provide the day before, was promised a First thing in the morning and told that it could be as early as 8:00am so in that, my statement was wrong. She had told me she returned there at 7:00 taking no chances of missing them. As far as you needing account info? There was no Account, just an appointment. If you would like to REALLY investigate, without giving too much info on this open site, you have the date and the location was on N. 117th Pl. Oh, and there was NO confusion with another company.

After having our 2 AC systems replaced 5 months ago, we had a question and called Parker & sons. They would not answer a question and said that we would have to pay them $80.00 to have a tech come out to answer the simple question. Sounds like all they care about their customer is their wallet. To me this is a very poor service after they get your money.edit: I don't know how to send a message

Had received quotes to replace my A/C system in my home that was 20 years old. I contacted Comfort Experts and Ryan came out to the house to discuss and give me a quote on my system. I was totally impressed by Ryan and what he was going to install that I hired him on a Friday and the install was set up for the following Tuesday at 7 am. That morning his team arrived on time and started to work at once. The guys were awesome..friendly and professional. They explained everything that they were doing and answered all my questions. They were neat and cleaned up above and beyond and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend this local company for their professional, friendly, and quality of work .

I called for a second estimate on my furnace. Scott with Howard Air did a thorough check on my unit and found nothing the other company gave me the estimate on replacing. He was here for over an hour where as Hobaica was here for maybe 30 minutes at the most and came back with their diagnosis’ and an estimate of over $1100 to fix my furnace. After delays getting back to me , I called Howard and scheduled an appt for the next day. Sure glad I did. He explained everything in terms I could understand and his diagnosis’. Once again very thorough and completely satisfied and my furnace is now working. I will use Howard Air for all my furnace and air conditioning needs. Thanks Scott and Howard Air.

Very honest professionals. I have had them out two times to assess and different problems on an older AC system. They never try to upsell maintenance or unnecessary repairs. A very trustworthy company.

Max did an awesome job after someone previous to AccuTemp came out and would have replaced every possible part. So glad Max was honest. I highly recommend him. Also my in-laws recommend Kevin with the same company. So ask for Max or Kevin!

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They came out quickly to help us when we were in a pinch. They could have taken complete advantage of us and our situation but they didn't. They were friendly, homest, fair and bent over backwards to help us out. They have now become our go to company for anything that ever goes wrong with the plumbing in our home. I highly recommend this company.

SMW Refrigeration is very reliable and the technicians are very qualified. I purched a brand new unit and love it.

I got a new Bosch AC/heater from them and have had serious problems ever since, with no resolution. The unit compressor is way too loud and it wakes me up at night. My old cheap unit never made noises in the 10 years I had it. This brand new, top of the line unit he sold is supposed to be the quietest one available, but it is the loudest unit I have ever heard and multiple independent technicians agree the compressor noise is not normal for this unit. It is difficult to get Arizona Air to respond to any warranty or service calls. Often they will take 10+ days to reply to a call or text, if at all. I never got a response when I requested to schedule winter maintenance (which is required to keep the warranty active) so I had to have it serviced by a 3rd party. He sold a Bosch unit, but none of his workers were Bosch accredited or trained, resulting in a bad install and set up. It is also very difficult to get any troubleshooting done from workers who are not even familiar with this unit, as they continually say they only know Trane units. But he has refused to send out a Bosch Technician. There were multiple problems with the installation, including driving nails through my new roof, voiding the roofing warranty and resulting in a leak with stains on my ceiling. Also failed to specify and install correct size roof jack and return duct. Roof opening is undersized for the size unit he sold. Multiple issues of poor workmanship including a dented elbow, improperly installed vibration pads, sealing tape that is already peeling off, condensate drain that separated, condensate line installed above drain pan, holes that were not sealed, fan that was wired incorrectly, thermostat set up wrong, temperature sensor is out of specifcation. It is now more than 7 months later, and I still have no resolution on most issues, the few resolved were done at my own expense hiring a certified technician from 3rd parties. He hasn’t honored the 100% satisfaction guarantee, he does not provide superior workmanship and there is no 24/7 hour hotline or same day service as claimed on their website.This is my worst experience with a cooling/heating company ever.
