Dylan was the service technician who serviced my A/C. He was punctual, professional, polite and friendly, very informative. I give him a 5 star rating. Dylan is a strong representative for Hobaica.

On 10/8/22 Donovan serviced my A/C. He did a great job. He took a video of everything and explained things, which I very much appreciated. He was on time, patient, polite and friendly. Obviously very knowledgeable and a great representative for Hobacia. I give Donovan a 5 star rating.

NVM saved us from spending thousands on new units a couple of years ago that another company told us we needed. They fixed the problem, and suggested maintenance package to help keep our units running smoothly. Techs and office staff are always professional, and I love that they never try to upsell us on anything!!

We have used Alien AC several times now for our annual AC cleaning and check-up, as well as for duct and platform sealing. They have always been responsive, very fairly-priced, friendly and done quality work. One of their techs, Jeremy, in particular has been fantastic. (Request him if he's available!)

Also, although our AC units do not yet need to be replaced, I called several companies for estimates, and Alien's was by far the best. Definitely worth keeping them in mind for new installations, too.

Howard Air is a great company. I had them install two new AC units when we moved in five years ago. I haven’t had any issues until our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling as well. They came out to service the unit and it was low on refrigerant. The service guys were very nice and added some refrigerant and the unit was cooling properly again.

Zack and Mike installed 2 new AC units. They are professional, respectful, fast and thorough. I highly recommend these two for any job small or big. Consummate professionals !!

Not sure about the companies audit services but salesmen are too aggressive and rude showing up unannounced without appointments which seems extremely unprofessional.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

EVERYONE (REBECCA, ABBY, AMBER, MANNY, STEVE AND AIDEN) WERE PROFESSIONAL, INFORMITIVE AND MADE ME FEEL THAT IT WAS MY BEST INTEREST THEY WERE CONCERNED ABOUT. I KNOW I COULD HAVE SHOPPED FOR A BETTER PRICE, BUT I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. THE INSTALL CREW (STEVE & AIDEN) WORKED TIRELESSLY TO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER AND MAKE IT WORK WITH OUT INCIDENT.... SO FAR SO COOOL! THANK YOU ALL
