Abel of Goettl responded to a potential sewer line blockage. As we were looking at the pipes through the camera he explained the process, potential problems, and what to look for as we were looking at the pipes. He found the blockage and cleared it quickly. I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Ryan came to my house, and had my AC working within three hours of when it was broken. I was very surprised at how reasonable the service costs too!!!! This was an outstanding experience. I am so grateful I found B3 Refrigeration. My air went out 2 nights ago, and they were able to come out to my home quickly, diagnosed the issue with in a matter of minutes, and were prepared with a replacement part on there truck!
