Water heater replacement. When I called they were very clear about my options. They let us know when Scott was on the way. He was very helpful and explained what he was doing and some options that we had. He also checked the water to make sure our water softener was working correctly. We were very pleased with his work and he left the area clean. I would recommend Hobaica for all your AC and plumbing needs.

We've been very happy with North Valley, they replaced our failing AC unit a few years ago, the new one has been outstanding (quiet, efficient, and has saved a bunch on our electric bill)! Our original installation request didn't work as planned but their team engineered a better solution on the spot and at no extra cost. In years since, their techs have done a great job and really take their time with the routine maintenance appointments, they go out of their way to make sure everything gets done right.

We had them come out and check out our a/c units a couple of times and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. However, once they left and summer came our bills were higher than usual. We had another vendor come out and look and he showed us pictures of the mess that was left in the rafters: cut up pieces of 2x4 laying around, kinks in our lines which was seriously restricting the air flow, etc. This other contractor said we were probably only getting about 25% of what we should be getting out of our units. And Expert HVAC even had one of their supervisors come out and check that all was done right but he didn't bother to clean up the mess they left in the attic. Will definitely NOT be recommending them to anyone!

I had a new gas line run for a new gas stove. Everything from the scheduling Dorena took care of, the permitting Norm took care of and the actual installation Lonnie and Cole did was great work. Also because my stove hadn't arrived in time for the install Lonnie and Cole took extra time to stop back out and hook it up and make sure everything was working.

Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

I engaged Certify HVAC to re-route my clothes dryer vent. Ulises understood exactly what to do, and even improved on the idea. Two days before the vent work was scheduled, my AC stopped working. Ulises came a day early, and identified what the AC problems were, and repaired everything. He also solved a long-time problem with wiring to the Nest thermostat.The next day the vent project was completed nicely right on schedule. Ulises is a great listener, problem solver, trustworthy and keeps to his word.

I had a great experience with this company. I found out about it at a home show. My house is about 19 years old and had some issues, especially in keeping the upstairs cool in the summer. As an engineer, what I liked about this company was that they came out, took measurements and pictures, and discussed the results with me in detail. After visiting my house, there was a follow-up visit with recommended improvements. Again, I discussed this with the sales rep in detail. There was no hard selling involved. In fact, I did not go with the full set of recommendations, just the set of items that I thought I would get the most benefit from.

Additionally, the fact that APS covers some of the cost via rebates, was helpful in my situation. The company sent out a crew of 4 people that were able to get the work done in one long day. Immediately the following week, my house felt much more uniform in terms of the temperatures. It was also much quieter as well as the AC did not kick on with nearly the frequency it had the week before.

The air conditioners are more quiet when running as well. I am not sure if this is due to more insulation assisting with the noise, or if the improvements to the intake of the units that I made allowed them to breath easier. Both of my units, the upstairs and down, had issues that were causing them to pull in quite a bit of intake directly from my attic (not good). I am looking forward to my first summer in 19 years where I have a good shot at having a home cooling system that will operate as designed.

This service is valuable as most builders really just build to the minimum code requires rather than having an interest in what your electric bill is 6 months after you move in. I would gladly do this in any future home, not only for the savings, but for the comfort factor as well.

Mike and his sons replaced my 3 old ac units with new efficient American Standard units and smart thermostats. They did a great job at a good price. Knowledgeable, friendly, polite, do what they say, great product and great service! You can’t go wrong here....

The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Our experience with Quianno and his supervisor. Definitely tried to sell us things that we didn’t need. Shady recommendations and practices from the tech. Another company came out and evaluated the repairs at a quarter of the cost that these guys were pushing for. Won’t trust again.
