I called for help with a power outage affecting two of the rooms in my house. The techs that came out were so helpful and polite. They solved my issue, as well as provided some recommendations for a few other problems they'd observed. Overall great service, I will definitely call them again next time I need help.

As 100deg hit a few weeks ago. Quickly discovered field mice had made a winter meal out of wiring in 2 of my outside units. A quick call and the tech arrived. Besides simply replacing chewed up wiring, he recommended some protective pipe sleeve to prevent this from happening next winter. That’s what I really appreciated, going beyond just the fix to prevent problems next year and beyond.

Phone calls answered quickly and by nice and efficient people. A/C repair visit that day by Cristian identified problem and parts secured that evening. A/C restored next day. Cristian was professional and very nice to everyone including the cat! A secondary problem surfaced the next day and another A/C specialist in the neighborhooe, Chris, came immediately and fixed that at no additional charge. These people and their service were wonderful.

The technician arrived on time and checked the unit exactly what we requested. He discovered our repair situation was still covered under the manufacturer warranty. Sun Tech ordered the part and came right back out and replaced in 2 short days.

Above and beyond service after hours and in the weekend. Would recommend to anyone

I just had my second air conditioning/heating unit installed by Howard Air. I've been using them since 2008 and they have not let me down. Even when something doesn't go as planned they make it right. Their follow through is impressive in this day and age!

Special call out to the installers -- Dammond and George did an amazing job removing the old and installing the new units. Once the install was complete they walked me through the units and how to work all of the features on the thermostat, including web access.

I really appreciated their focus on their work, and their focus on the customer experience. I was kept informed throughout the day, which again, I appreciated. I would highly recommend Dammond and George and the team at Howard Air!

If you are looking for an HVAC company, look no further than Preferred Air. Preferred Air is amazing, and I am so happy I choose to go with them. I received several quotes for getting an AC unit on my home. I decided to get a quote from Preferred Air as my brothers had their unit replaced by them earlier in the year, and they were very happy with them. Daniel, one of the owners, was the only company where the owner came out to give me the estimate; they were the only company where one of the owner’s came out to complete my estimate. Also, Daniel was the only one to ask me questions about the current cooling of my home, went on the roof and looked at the current unit, and went in my attic. I choose to go with Preferred Air based on the stellar reviews, my brothers’ recommendation, and Daniel’s suggestions for other things that could help keep my home cooler. My entire experience with Preferred Air was way above and beyond my expectations. Daniel and Samantha, the office manager, were both very responsive and helpful prior to getting my AC installed. On the day of installation, the team was on time, very professional. In addition, when Daniel had done his estimate, I had mentioned how you can feel heat coming in from my front windows, even though they are dual pane when he was asking me questions. He suggested a very reasonably priced solution of solar screen sunshades for my front windows. They are an amazing product as you can no longer feel the heat when you are in the rooms and near the window. My house is so much more comfortable now to be in. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with Preferred Air; they are truly a great company to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their air conditioner replaced.

I was impressed that within one hour Shane fit me into his schedule. He fix the rattle in my AC unit and did a complete check for a fair price. Will definitely call again in the future.

They fixed my AC and they were amazing such nice people and on time!

I had Scott replace two AC units in two different houses in 2018 and have not had an issue since. He had the lowest price and best value. Today, I asked him to look at another house which he did for no charge and again provided me with the best value quote. He does not charge a summer time surcharge like others do (I had one quote 2x his). He and his wife Linda are a family business and they are good people. I would always recommend contacting them.

Love our new new bromic patio heaters. Who says you can't have patio gatherings during winter :)
