James came out several months ago to look at our compressor that was toast. His was one of several bids for the job, and while we went with one that was cheaper, we found James very helpful—he was happy to explain the entire situation to us and not at all high pressure. We would have him come out again.

Cave Creek, We had 4 ac companies come to look and give estimate on broken ac. All 4 said cant repair and would have to replace entire ac unit for $5000-$12000. Called Just Air and within the hour James showed up and gave us multiple options and he repaired it within 15 minutes. HE was very professional and HONEST!!

From the time I placed my call you had a repaiman here within an hour. Frank, the repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and started troubleshooting immediately. Frank quickly found the problem, replaced the defective part and the heating system started working. He also took excellent pics of the heating unit in my attic and pointed out potential problem areas to consider. Frank quoted me the prices for the improvements I wanted, which I found very reasonable, and he got right back to work on my unit. In the end everything works great now. Had I used my home warranty company for this repair I would still be waiting for a return call from them and then another week before the problem was even addressed. I've had too many nightmare experiences with them. Thank you, Parker and Sons and specifically Frank for getting heat back in my home on the same day the problem was reported. I highly recommend your company!!

Brian is the most helpful person I’ve ever met. I reached out to him back in September about some issues I was having with my A/C unit and he followed along with me for months while trying to figure out what my options were and explaining them to me. We ended up going with a new unit, Brian and his team were absolutely phenomenal. When the guy called me on the phone to book the appointment he clearly told me that if the refrigerant was low that it would be topped off with coolant, this was included in the $29.95 examination fee as I had asked him about it.The tech had said no we don’t do that and tried to sell me on some really expensive procedure and/or to get a new ac unit.So free only thing I’m wondering is why did I waste my and my family’s time with this company when they false advertise and who knows what else?Broke my trust.Stay away from SMW refrigeration and heating!!

My AC went on the fritz on Sunday and when I called CW they had their service tech Mike out to my place within an hour. He was so professional and informative of the needs my unit had and and all my question and concerns. I recommend them highly. They have been taking care of my AC unit for several years.
