He installed the ice maker line quickly and at a fair price. I've installed the new RO filters, we have RO ice to last for days and no more ice runs to the store!

Completely COVID friendly...we were able to communicate by phone and text to resolve the problem in a short period of time. August in Phoenix. Perfect time for our Trane AC system to finally give up after 23 years. Howard Air had serviced our AC for a few years so I planned to get our first estimate from them. The consultant they sent that same day, Ted, explained options and made the process so easy, I felt totally comfortable just going with them. I'm so glad I did. I knew what to expect on installation day and the installers, Chad and D, were polite, professional and worked REALLY hard from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. They hauled so much stuff out of the attic and then even bigger stuff into the attic, without wrecking anything! Replacing an AC system is a nightmare, but Howard Air made it as bearable as possible for me. Thanks!

Outstanding service! you cannot go wrong with Comfort Experts! Yesterday it hit 116 degrees in Phoenix and our air conditioner stopped working suddenly. Early on Saturday morning my wife called Comfort Experts to diagnose the issues. Ryan, the owner, responded literally within two minutes and mentioned that he could be at our house shortly thereafter, which occurred as he said. Ryan and an employee took only about 5 minutes in our house to identify that wiring cables in our attic had caught fire, which could have been extremely dangerous. Ryan had all equipment on hand to replace the cables and a battery contained with the main unit.

All-in-all, truly remarkable work and a definite 5 star rating. It was a Saturday, Ryan responded immediately, and, fixed a potentially dangerous issue within minutes. Normally you might have to wait hours just for a technician to show up. Luckily, we have befriended Comfort Experts and will use them forever.

Michael was courteous, efficient and genuinely nice. He offered recommendations and I felt very comfortable with his performance. Thank you!

Our experience with Accutemp was nothing short of impressive. Our a/c unit stop working right during the summer with our kids home! They had someone out within a few hours, on the same day! The tech took care of the issue and the price was very fair, money well spent. Very prompt and great service, no need to call around!

After being in CA during the recent monsoon we came back to a 120 degree temp inside and calling all the “local family at your service” guys he answered and was at my house within 2 hours and 15 mins before he said also! Figured out what was wrong and had my AC up and running better than the day it was “put in”. Thank you so so much!!! Affordable, hard working and super legit!!!

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
