Abel of Goettl responded to a potential sewer line blockage. As we were looking at the pipes through the camera he explained the process, potential problems, and what to look for as we were looking at the pipes. He found the blockage and cleared it quickly. Brandon was very friendly, polite and informative. He included photos of our system. And we had him replace 2 capacitors. And because I am a senior recovering from a broken ankle I am hesitant to get on a step ladder to change air filter. He did it for me. I will continue to call Rising Sun for A/C maintenance.

Very friendly from the initial phone call to the company ( a young lady named Bri) to the repair tech (Brandon) who came out very quickly from making the call. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and super efficient. Explained what was needing repairs and fixed them that same day! Set up an appointment immediately with a secondary company needed to continue repairs. Super impressed with this company and will def call them again if i need to!Thank you for being so professional, diligent, and courteous!

I set up an appointment to have my A/C serviced before summer. Very pleasant experience with Mr Aguilar and his son. They arrived on time, did what they promised. I was looking for a company that I could trust and do business with in the future. I may have found that company!

Reckless driving on the 303 and I-10 ramp. The guy got off on Peoria in the 303. Looks like they just give anyone a truck.

Very happy for the ASAP scheduling availability. Bill fixed the roof unit and repaired a few lines that were damaged from the recent storms.

Multiple Problems After Install/Sloppy

They were the cheapest of their competitors, and they got the job done within a quick time frame. Beyond that, its been bad.
-after a $500 Sunday morning plumber fee, then another snake fee of about $150, we discovered PHX Air Dept had dropped a piece of PVC from their job in our sewer line. When we called them to report it and ask for compensation, they fought us on it and then only paid a fraction of the costs. Even though the entirety of our plumbing problem was their fault
-on their job they weren’t careful when navigating the attic and stepped on our can light causing a huge hole in the ceiling (to their credit they did fix this a few days later)
- months later we noticed a water leak out of that same can light after a bad storm; called a roofer who noted the seal around our AC unit is weak, they didn’t use a critical piece under the unit, and the general appearance of the AC unit install was messy; this repair is costing ANOTHER $500
PHX Air Dept was quick and cheap, unless you factor in the multitude of problems you’re setting up for down the road.

CW is an exceptional group of professionals. I am very satisfied with the install of my central air system.
I would recommend them to family and friends. From design, to install, to price, to follow up. Would have them back again (always the toughest question)

I would leave less than one star if it was possible- rude office staff, they give a date and time frame for when they are going to show up- and then they miss their appointments- then they never call to follow up with you! It is understandable that things come up and rescheduling has to happen sometimes- however when there is no communication and they just never show up- that is a HUGE problem! -and its been my huge problem on 3 separate occasions now- i've never tried so had to throw money at a company in my life- safe to say that i have hired a new company at this point, and i will NEVER be calling this company again!!!

Didn't use them. They told me they were so busy they couldn't get to me for a week Not having an AC for over a week was unacceptable.. I went with another company They got to meet the next day

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend
