These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

Said their guy was on a call but would come here next. They called back 45 minutes later and were here about an hour after our initial call. so far, so good!

Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable and most experienced AC Tech. He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up $$$. I met Praveen at a Home Show in Scottsdale. He showed up when he said he would and provided a competitive price for new AC units with air handlers. He delivered them on time and his installers were professional in all respects. My AC usage has declined 45% with these new three stage units. I highly recommend Arizona Air as a trustworthy contractor.

I was referred here by a friend, and I’m so glad I was. Carlos and his team were excellent. They showed up the same day within an hour of me reaching out, found my problem, and quoted a replacement system the same day. The new system was installed 48 hours later and works like a dream. Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

I absolutely agree with the prior reviews! Lee was rude, totally out of shape and clearly did not want to work. He was assigned to me through my home warranty. He actually said to me if I want faster service, call someone else. He can't get back here for a few days. Meanwhile, it's 90 degrees and climbing. I could write pages about the incompetence and rudeness of this guy, but suffice it to say, I totally share the experience of the other reviewers.
