Best Replace And Repair in Phoenix AZ

This is the best air company I've ever worked with. My air went out on a day the high was over 120. I called Frozen Air pretty much thinking I needed a new unit due to how old it looked to me. Frozen Air was at my house same day and magically had the parts to have my air running Cold and Strong. I strongly recommend Frozen Air for your A/C needs. Especially if your in a pinch.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was forced to use them by my home warranty company. It is well over 100 degrees and 95 degrees in my house. Their 1st available appointment was 3 days out, we scheduled it for the morning, called to get an ETA around 10:00 and was told at some point in the day! The technician showed up after 2. As soon as I answer the door he stated he was there to diagnose not to fix and claimed that was the way it works with home warranties. I've been with the same warranty company for years and it's never been that way. I called Velox Air office and was told the technician could fix it if he has the part, I passed this info on to the technician and he was adamant that he was only there to diagnose it, that's what he's been doing all day and he has other appointments! He left and Velox air didn't answer my calls. It's a Friday night, holiday weekend, and my air has been out since Tuesday. There is also an extreme heat warning until Monday. If you are looking to get your AC fixed or acceptable customer service, I wouldn't suggest this company!

I heard about GreenID on the Arizona Midday show so I called them to do an energy audit. They sent Cory who was friendly, honest and trustworthy. He arrived with his name badge/inspection license and logo shirt. Along the way he would stop to show or educate me about something he found. He was very clean and careful not to make a mess. I provided my SRP electric usage history and he plugged that into his audit and prepared a wonderful presentation showing us the top recommendations for saving energy, and reducing dust on furniture. He took over 100 photos to show us the problem areas, so we felt confident what he was telling us is true. I was very thrilled with the energy audit experience and would highly recommend GreenID.

Nathan was very quick and took care of an issue with our thermostat that another repairman couldn't even detect. He arrived within an hour of my call! Wonderful service

I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!

The price that this company quoted me for the work was extremely competitive. I had gotten several quotes from other companies, but none of them came close to matching the price that this company offered. I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

The guys at Phoenix Air Department are the best. I’ve had them service both my home and business on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Always on time, service technicians are polite and super friendly. Install and repairs have always been completed when promised, correctly, and have never been billed more than agreed to. I wouldn’t use any other company for my HVAC needs.

Dave and his team are a homeowners dream. After being quoted an astronomical price to replace a compressor on a TRANE unit that was warrantied(only the part) MD's was plenty fair on price and offered excellent service front to back. You'll be glad you hired this company.
