Job: Replace corroded 25-year old pressure regulating valve (PRV) on the main water supply entering our house. I got 2 estimates from local, reputable suppliers. Both were very quick to respond to my request. I selected ProSkill because their estimate was about $400 lower than the second supplier, and because their strategy for completing the work was more comprehensive.As completed, the job included replacing the PRV, the vacuum breaker for irrigation, main hose bib, adding a vacation shutoff for the inside plumbing and removing an unneeded soft water hose bib. The estimate & final bill ran $1,173, which I considered reasonable. Steven and his helper completed the work in about 2 hours. The end result is much simpler, elegant and allows for easy replacement of the PRV in the future if needed.Two minor nits, because I'm picky:Although our appointment for the work was scheduled for a 10a-12p time window, Steven arrived at 8:30 and thought the appointment was scheduled for 8-10a. Luckily, I was ready.Second, some bits of solder and debris got into the line feeding the irrigation valves. The day after work was completed, I found the irrigation running mid-morning when it shouldn't have been. Had to call landscapers to solve problem. Debris had fouled the irrigation valves causing them to not close properly. Landscapers flushed out the valves, no repairs were needed, but the issue required a service call and some wasted water.Otherwise, I was very pleased with the work done and the cost, will call ProSkill again for an estimate on my next project.

My wife called this company to perform a routine maintenance on our Sub Zero refrigerator. Danny was prompt and courteous and gave a straight forward findings and detailed estimate for the gasket parts. His price was beyond reasonable and he was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company for maintenance on high end appliances.

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.

We called Eric for a quote on my grandmother's house for AC. He was very knowledgeable on what products were available and the warranties that came along with them. We had him come out for a quote. He was reasonable and within range in prices. He uses the best name brand products that will last and run for a long time to come. Thank you Eric for doing the best job and being trustworthy. we chose this company to replace our old ac...on the advise of a neighbor who worked for the company.....BIG MISTAKE....we were looking for a new quality unit...instead...without our knowledge...they sold us a discontinued carrier unit....they installed it.....damaged the ceiling opening (which i had to repair).....one month later...middle of summer...the new unit blows up...there were no replacement units...anywhere in the us.....so they had to install a rescue motor......bottom line....HUGE HASSLE....they offered a free 10 year service contract as compensation...HERE is the kicker...called their service dept....guess what? they don't have a service dept anymore....i know this because another neighbor who had marlin install their ac and who was having problems..called and was informed they no longer had a service dept....so i guess our service contract is worthless.....Also...apparently marlin installed a bunch of units in our sub division because i have talked to several neighbors who have had major issues with improper and substandard ac installation......in summary....DO NOT choose this company...you will be sorry...

Nick was amazing! Came out and gave me a quote and was able to fix my AC issue! Was able to educate me on AC common issues. Highly recommend! Initially scheduled the company to fix a issues to get my AC back on, now will be using them for all my AC needs!

Sam Nunez from Larson, came to my home for routine maintenance check of my Air Conditioning units to ready them for summer. I recently purchased this home and he walked me through each of the units and the different zones that each unit attends. I found him to not only be extremely professional but also took the time to explain a repair when it was needed. He was all over my home and completely cleaned each area he was in after leaving. I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

Brian is the most helpful person I’ve ever met. I reached out to him back in September about some issues I was having with my A/C unit and he followed along with me for months while trying to figure out what my options were and explaining them to me. This is the best air company I've ever worked with. My air went out on a day the high was over 120. I called Frozen Air pretty much thinking I needed a new unit due to how old it looked to me. Frozen Air was at my house same day and magically had the parts to have my air running Cold and Strong. I strongly recommend Frozen Air for your A/C needs. Especially if your in a pinch.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was forced to use them by my home warranty company. It is well over 100 degrees and 95 degrees in my house. Their 1st available appointment was 3 days out, we scheduled it for the morning, called to get an ETA around 10:00 and was told at some point in the day! The technician showed up after 2. As soon as I answer the door he stated he was there to diagnose not to fix and claimed that was the way it works with home warranties. I've been with the same warranty company for years and it's never been that way. I called Velox Air office and was told the technician could fix it if he has the part, I passed this info on to the technician and he was adamant that he was only there to diagnose it, that's what he's been doing all day and he has other appointments! He left and Velox air didn't answer my calls. It's a Friday night, holiday weekend, and my air has been out since Tuesday. There is also an extreme heat warning until Monday. If you are looking to get your AC fixed or acceptable customer service, I wouldn't suggest this company!
