Best Service Call in Phoenix AZ

If you want an honest, down to earth ac guy Brett is your man. I had Goettl come out to do a routine check before summer and they informed me I need over $1400 worth of equipment replaced and cleaned. I called Brett to have a look and he assured me there was nothing wrong with the unit. I will never call another AC company again other than Brett the Arizona A/C Man.

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable and most experienced AC Tech. He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up $$$. I rented a small, portable ozone generator from this location. The entire staff (I wish I could remember their names) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable). They made sure I knew how to operate the equipment and understood the safety concerns. I highly recommend this business.

Do not use this company. Their tech came on Tuesday and charged us $65 just for showing up . The guy did not check anything inside the fridge, did not even move it and based on some search on his phone said that the issue is with main circuit board- that was just his guess. He quoted us for $500 for repair and told that he will call us back (on the same day) right after came back to their warehouse, to let us know if they have the part . No one has called us back, so I've decided to call them back. For the first time I called them on Friday and they said that someone will call us right back . Its Monday no still no response, so we called them again. We have explained what is the problem and they hung up the phone . we went with different company replaced sensor in freezer paid $150

Used them before and they did the job they were paid to do.Received a call about wanting to get service, set up an appt. 3 hr window and they never called or showed up. About 2 hrs after appt. time they called me and I didn’t want to hear the excuse so I just said you didn’t show up or call so cancel appt.I will find a company that actually shows up or calls if there is an issue. There is no excuse for this. I owned my own company for 7 years and would never allow this to happen.
