Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

They did a great job. Would hire again.

Service tech was Michael. He was polite, observed COVID safety measures, open to discuss his findings and pleasant to deal with. The subsequent report e-mailed to me detailing the inspection and servicing of my 2 A/C units is a very nice feature. Had a couple of minor issues but the company resolved these quickly indicating they strive to provide top-notch service. Thus far, my experience with ProSkill is limited to A/C work only but if other services provided are as competent as their A/C work, I would recommend them to anyone.

We have a few properties in the valley and Eric is my go to hvac guy. He is honest, on time and reliable. He is very thorough with his installations and repairs, super clean work. It’s hard to find guys like him these days. He is a great family man and I definitely recommend his services.

Hands down, the best contractor I have ever worked for. They show quality and integrity in their work and effort, job done right every time, bottom line. They value their best employees and don't hesitate to remove those who do not meet their highest of standards, this is especially great for their clients. They are union on their pipe trades side so, rest assured, you're getting exactly what you pay for. They are thorough and highly trained, unlike a lot of non union contractors out there. I hope to one day work with them again as they are a well oiled machine and have some of the best management and employees I've had the privilege to work with so far.

We contacted Larsen to provide a quote and install two new 5 Ton AC units in our home. This also included new variable speed air handlers and new furnaces. Ish did an awesome job providing an estimate, he went over the details, examined our system and explained everything in detail. Mike and Zack then installed our system and they were fantastic. This was an extensive job that required a lot of time in our attic installing the new duct work, air handlers and new furnaces in 108 degree weather.I was amazed at how quickly they were able to install the units outside and all of the equipment in the attic. The installation took two days, they explained exactly what they would be doing, and they were absolutely professional in every detail. These guys know what they are doing! The new systems work great and we are very happy with the results. They were also very respectful of our home and cleaned everything up perfectly.I highly recommend Larsen and again, Ish, Mike and Zack were great to work with!

I've previously employed this excellent company to maintain the air conditioning at my place of employment. If there was a problem with the heating system, they reacted quickly. My greatest suggestion is for them.

Ulises and his team did a great job installing my mini split system. They are professional, courteous and do a great job! They also do repairs and are very knowledgeable on diagnosing and addressing the problem.

Not only were fast, friendly, and masked up - they fixed out furnace problem very quickly and efficiently. Will use again (if needed!) and would certainly recommend.

Joshua did a fantastic job, had Arizona Valley come to do a tuneup on my 15 year old unit. He was very through, and washed my outdoor coil. Will definitely use them again

Layton came out to the house and fixed an issue that we’ve been having since we purchased the home. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it fixed in a very short amount of time.

This is the best air company I've ever worked with. My air went out on a day the high was over 120. I called Frozen Air pretty much thinking I needed a new unit due to how old it looked to me. Frozen Air was at my house same day and magically had the parts to have my air running Cold and Strong. I strongly recommend Frozen Air for your A/C needs. Especially if your in a pinch.

Had problems with a smart thermostat that was not working. The two guys who installed it didnt know much about the set up. I reached out to Cesar Carbajal, and he showed up at my doorstep to fix it two hrs later. :)

These guys were honest and did great work. Dave, the owner, is a great guy and helped us every step of the way. The initial cost to do the work for going green is expensive regardless of the company, but after three months I can tell you it's totally worth it. My electricity bill for July was literally cut in half!!! If you decide to get a Green Audit through SRP you should use Green ID.

I called and explained an issue I had been having with my AC. They were very transparent about what the problem and cost might be before even coming out. PLUS they were able to come out same day and resolve my issue!

I wish to thank SMW Refrigeration and Heating once again for their prompt, reliable service and friendly, professional service representatives. Recently, my A/C Unit stopped working and I called SMW to come out and troubleshoot. The service technician, Kevin, was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation and assisted me in getting the right help I needed to resolve the issue. The issue wasn’t the A/C unit, it was an electrical issue that I had resolved through a licensed electrician and SRP. Without Kevin’s assistance, I would have not had A/C for several days. Worlock AC Heating was so quick and efficient getting out to our home to check out our air conditioner that was not cooling. Despite it being the Memorial weekend, they were at our doorstop within 1 hour! Bill Worlock, owner, explained the problem in easy to understand words. 1st class service and would highly recommend! I have already recommended to someone and they hired Worlock as well and are currently cooling in their home in this extremely high summer heat!
